A “Russia Collusions” Update

Hello. It has been a while since I have written about the “Russia collusions” fiasco and I don’t plan to write anything now. But here are some recent articles for your latest update.

Another Scheme to Oust Trump: Roger Stone Exaggerated Prison Sentence

I’m not a big fan of Roger Stone, but once again, we see that a Trump flunky is being used to manipulate and set up Donald Trump toward another investigation fiasco or impeachment farce. The prosecutors who have railroaded Stone on process crimes, just like with the other Trump flunkies, are recommending that Stone be given 7 to 9 years in prison. For lying to Congress.

But they won’t charge others for lying to Congress, such as James Comey, John Brennan or James Clapper, and obviously for political reasons. Those were on the Hillary-Obama team! DC swamp creatures get away with murder, as well as “process” crimes!

So, the requested sentence for Stone of 7-9 years in prison is deliberately so extreme, they must be doing it as a means to elicit a reaction from Trump, which they have gotten, and using the extreme sentence as a way to get the attorney general to want to reduce the sentence, which is how William Barr has reacted. (And the ultra-biased jury foreman was probably helpful to them as well, no?)

And I believe it’s all planned and on purpose. WHY would 4 prosecutors react so strongly to Barr’s disagreeing with their request of 7 to 9 years that those prosecutors would actually resign? Just because one of their victims might get a reduced sentence? The prosecutors are THAT serious with process crimes? Doh!

So it sounds like a pre-planned scheme, and just part 3 of the many-parts plan of the Warshington Swamp and Democrats to try to get rid of Trump, the first part being the whole Russia-collusions fiasco, and the second part being the impeachment farce. Those two parts of the plan didn’t work, obviously. So now they’re trying to get Trump with the Roger Stone case.

And already Nancy Lugosi and others have called on Trump and the DOJ to be investigated for wanting to see Stone’s sentence of 7-9 years reduced. And people are talking about bringing another case of impeachment against Trump based on this now (even though their guy Obama did the same thing, many times!). The impeachment shenanigans will obviously continue for the next 5 years.

And this means that if a candidate is elected President that the other party doesn’t like, rather than wait until the next election they will use the impeachment process to try to get rid of him. As I wrote recently, they are the Undemocratic Party.

But they don’t care about impeaching someone for the right reasons, such as the drone strikes that kill mainly innocent civilians that their buddy Obama continued and escalated after Bush, and that Trump has escalated even more, killing even more civilians overseas. And Trump’s assassinations without due process. All war crimes, or … “high crimes and misdemeanors.” The reason that “Democrats” won’t go after Trump for those actual crimes is because their guy Obama did the same thing, and because they agree with due process-free drone strikes and assassinations!

Those DOJ prosecutors who resigned and the FBI “dirty cops” and the Undemocrats in CONgress who have been trying to take down Trump with made-up “crimes” that weren’t crimes or with taking things out of context, are doing so because they just HATE Trump! And that’s IT!

Attempted Coups and Impeachments, and How the National Security State Harms the People

How ironic that the people who claim to believe in “democracy” but who have been trying to overturn a fair election are called “Democrats.”

And I agree in part with the commentators who are saying that Nancy Lugosi, Soviet Schiff and Nutty Nadler are “useful idiots” for the national security state’s attempted coup of the executive branch of the U.S. government. The bureaucratic security state apparatchiks in Warshington are so full of themselves with their delusions of grandeur who, despite their constant incompetence and buffoonery, can do no wrong.

But when Donald Trump comes along and says, “DRAIN THE SWAMP!” they go off the deep end. They are threatened. Their livelihoods are threatened. Their government paychecks, pensions and retirement goodies are threatened. We can’t have that.

So, the apparatchiks set people up and entrap them, or put non-suspects under surveillance (a.k.a. “spying”), such as Mike Flynn, Carter Page and George Papadopoulos, and make things up such as with the “Steele dossier” with “golden showers,” etc., and then fraudulently abuse the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) by lying to FISA judges to get warrants. And these people then coordinated with certain members of the “news” media to disseminate propaganda to influence the general public to falsely believe their fake news about Donald Trump cahooting with Russians to steal the 2016 election.

And this after the FBI falsely exonerates Hillary Clinton and overlooks the Clinton Foundation’s corruption and criminality. After a nearly 3-year Mueller investigation that turned up nothing, the “Democrats” with the help of a White House leaker-propagandist (a.k.a. “whistleblower,” which he is not) then went on to criminalize a phone call between Trump and the Ukrainian president in which Trump is trying to make sure the foreign aid recipient country is weeding out corruption. The CIA goon leaker-propagandist and his helpers in the national “intelligence” community made sure they could pick out a phone call in which a possible Trump 2020 election opponent is mentioned. That would be Joe Biden.

And so the House “Democrats” take the information, they have hearings, they have professional government parasites as witnesses, and then they write articles of impeachment and the “democrats” vote to impeach The Donald. But the Senate will not convict him, and it even appears that coward Pelosi may not even send the articles to the Senate.

So, do I have all this correct so far?

In my January article on the Mueller fiasco, regarding the collusions case that wasn’t, and the mainstream media’s propaganda to help the coup efforts, I wrote:

The Washington Post began the anti-honest journalism campaign coinciding with the Obama DOJ and FBI’s targeting of the Trump campaign in “Russia collusions,” with WaPo’s post-election article, “Russian propaganda effort to spread ‘fake news’ during the election.”

Even at that early time, plenty of objective people could see that this was already a witch hunt. As I wrote and documented last July, many in the news media colluded with the Clinton campaign to help Hillary while pushing the false “Trump-Russia” narrative.

in the Washington Post‘s mid-2016 article, “Russian government hackers penetrated DNC, stole opposition research on Trump,” the main source of that assertion is the DNC’s cyber firm, CrowdStrike, one of whose founders had ties to an anti-Russian think tank in Washington, and was proven to use faulty software. However, there is also an exploit that intelligence agencies have used to associate “Russian fingerprints” with hacks.

This July, 2016 New York Times article states, “…Mrs. Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook, argued on ABC’s This Week that the emails were leaked ‘by the Russians for the purpose of helping Donald Trump’ citing ‘experts’ but offering no other evidence.”

Former NSA analyst William Binney and CIA analyst Ray McGovern have shown even more holes in the Russia-“hacking” narrative, by demonstrating that the DNC emails were not hacked remotely but were accessed directly and leaked to WikiLeaks, probably by a DNC insider. Former British ambassador Craig Murray had confirmed this.

Then there was Hillary Clinton’s claim that “17 intelligence agencies” concluded that Russians meddled in the 2016 election. But it was really 4, not 17. At least, that is what former director of national intelligence James Clapper stated in testimony.

Claims of “Russia hacking U.S. election systems” were continuously debunked. And investigative journalist Gareth Porter has this further analysis.

Former FBI director James Comey and former NSA director Mike Rogers both testified that they were not aware of any evidence to show the 2016 election was hacked.

In early 2017, when WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was negotiating with U.S. government officials for “limited immunity” in exchange for Assange’s refraining from releasing further CIA-related documents, such talks were squashed by then-FBI director James Comey and Sen. Mark Warner, because Assange was also going to provide evidence which ruled out Russia as the source of the DNC leaks, according to Ray McGovern of Consortium News and John Solomon of The Hill.

And regarding the Russians who actually were indicted by the Mueller team, I wrote:

in July 2018 Mueller indicted 12 more Russian agents, supposedly of Russia’s intelligence agency the GRU, this time to do with “hacking” the DNC and the Clinton campaign computers, once again with no evidence produced, as Moon of Alabama and Joe Lauria explained.

And here is more that I wrote in that article to explain the FBI’s criminal enterprise of illegal surveillance and election meddling:

George Neumayr of The American Spectator wrote about the early John Brennan CIA-British GCHQ spy ring, spying on Trump associates especially Mike Flynn in 2014 and ’15, well before Trump announced his Presidential run. The Hill’s John Solomon expands on the London connection to Russia-gate.

According to Fox News, Rudy Giuliani referred to Brennan as the “quarterback” who passed the unverified Steele dossier on to Sen. Harry Reid. And Wall Street Journal columnist Kimberly Strassel called Brennan the “ringmaster” of the whole thing.

To spy on the Trump campaign in 2016, the Obama FBI and DOJ relied on unverified information, mainly from the notorious “Steele dossier,” to get judges to sign on to the FISA spying applications, according to Andrew McCarthy.

The FBI relied heavily on the Steele dossier to present it as “evidence” against Trump associates to obtain the FISA warrants, even though they knew that Christopher Steele, hired by Fusion GPS, had lied to them and was not credible, according to Byron York of the Washington Examiner. (i.e. the FBI lied to the FISA court judges, which is not a surprise, given the FBI’s own shady history.) Zero Hedge provides informative specifics on the FISA warrant applications.

Despite knowing that the Steele dossier was, in James Comey’s words, “salacious and unverified,” Robert Mueller continued to rely on the dossier anyway, according to Real Clear Investigations.

The Daily Caller reported that a CIA and FBI informant named Stefan Halper had infiltrated the Trump campaign to spy on Carter Page and George Papadopoulos. And then it was revealed by Naxios that Halper had gotten Trump administration economic advisor Peter Navarro to recommend Halper for a top position in the administration.

There was a second spy, supposedly on behalf of the Obama administration, who had approached Trump campaign aide Michael Caputo and campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis. Caputo implicated the Obama director of national intelligence James Clapper, according to Zero Hedge.

Incidentally, Glenn Greenwald reported that Stefan Halper had previously been a Jimmy Carter administration spy in the Reagan 1980 campaign. (Can you make this stuff up?)

The FBI has admitted it used multiple spies to infiltrate the Trump campaign.

Please click on all the links and read those articles. You’ll see much of it is completely foreign to what you’ve been used to hearing from the mainstream “news” media these past 3 years now. And no, you can’t make this stuff up. The “news” media have not only been suppressing much of this information, but they have also been making up fake news and promoting their propaganda as … “news.”

And now we have all the Ukraine and Joe/Hunter Biden stuff. Will mainstream media suppress all this, too? I just heard Rudy Giuliani on with Glenn Beck this morning, and Giuliani is saying that he has obtained documents on the corruption in Ukraine that involved Joe/Hunter Biden. Should we believe Rudy Giuliani? After all, he is a loathsome, ghastly and corrupt politician.

By the way, John Solomon has a recent article on the Latvian government saying it flagged “suspicious” Hunter Biden payments in 2016.

But on the impeachment Senate trial that might not happen, I don’t think that Senators Lindsey Graham, Shovel-Face McConnell and Charles Grassfed want the crimes of the FBI and CIA to be exposed, so they probably will shut it down before it begins.

And regarding the FBI, I have written in the past:

All you have to do is read these recent articles by James Bovard on the history of FBI shenanigans.

The Epstein Case: Was/Is He a Nutso?

Paul Craig Roberts asks, “Was Epstein murdered in order to protect members of the elite? Was Epstein switched out by the Deep State and a dead person of similar appearance left in his place?”

It appears that Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged child sex trafficking ring has involved many, many high-profile people such as allegedly Bill Clinton and George Mitchell, as “clients” or “johns” or whatever word you want to use.

My theory is that Epstein started very early on in his alleged scheme to ensnare high-profile people into his child sex ring, and to use blackmail involving their sexual encounters with under-age people to keep the high-profile victims trapped in the scheme. I don’t even think the money is the main reason, but that he is (or was) a sicko who gets off on doing that to bigshots. Why? Who knows. Perhaps he was motivated by envy that those people were so successful. (Was he a leftist?) Perhaps it was just a sick power trip. (He wanted to “seed” the human race with his DNA?)

So, if he was switched and taken away, it would be because many of the high-profile people either are a part of or have connections to the so-called deep state, i.e. national security state. Perhaps he was taken away to be tortured by CIA or CIA-associated thugs to get the information as to where his blackmail material is located? If the “deep state” apparatchiks have been in on Epstein’s scheme, then I would guess that they came upon it later on, not that he began as himself a part of the “deep state” to blackmail high-profile people.

So I see comments on blogs and articles out there with people saying that the national security state is taking itself down, and that’s a good thing.

The Supreme Bureaucrats’ Term Is Finally Over (And Don’t Come Back!)

Five fascists on the U.S. Supreme Court, a.k.a. the Supreme Bureaucrats, have decided that the government police do not need a warrant to draw blood from an unconscious person suspected of drunk driving. The arguments against the policy are based on the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Drawing blood from someone without his consent violates one’s right to be secure in one’s person, houses, papers and effects.

The “High Court” cites the “Exigent Circumstances” doctrine. However, the Fourth Amendment does not refer to any “exigent circumstances.”

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

I don’t see “exigent circumstances” written in there. In the case argued before the court, the flatfeet arrested a guy who wasn’t even driving but had already parked his van and was walking by a lake. So they were then taking him to a hospital to draw his blood there, apparently, but he passed out in the police car. They had already given him a breathalyzer, which is also unconstitutional because of its unreliability, but wasn’t that good enough for them?

Seizing someone’s blood is a much more invasive seizure. This case is just another “camel’s nose in the tent” thing. (There have been a lot of those in recent years.)

And according to James Bovard, the Supreme Bureaucrats also ruled in favor of government secrecy by allowing certain business records that pertain to government handouts to be kept secret.

In other news, the shrieking imbecilic parasites a.k.a. Democrats had their first debate last night, and their second debate is tonight. Were they asked about the Fourth Amendment? It is doubtful that these politicians know anything about or even care about the Fourth Amendment. We know they have contempt for the First Amendment, with all their fellow leftist comrades banning of speech and shouting down those with opposing points of view, their censorship and fake news. And their contempt for the Second Amendment, with their ignorant calls for even more gun control that we know merely disarms law-abiding citizens and doesn’t prevent criminals and psychopaths from getting their guns anyway, because criminals and psychopaths don’t obey the law, duh.

But this particular group is probably the worst group of very loud, screeching demagogues I’ve ever seen. Eventually, I really believe that people can be convinced to support the libertarian way of life that promotes non-aggression, voluntary contracts and decentralization. Especially with this crowd of communists and the moron Trump. People will REJECT government central planning as the way to have a society. Eventually.

The Ruling Bureaucrats of Amerika Want to Be More Like the Soviet Union and China

The authoritarian regime in Washington is targeting WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange with the “Espionage Act,” as though he was “spying on America on behalf of another country” with his revealing to the American people the war crimes committed by the U.S. military and other criminality and corruption of U.S. bureaucrats and politicians like Hillary Clinton.

The Soviet-like apparatchiks had already convicted and imprisoned Bradley Manning, now known as Chelsea Manning, for “Espionage.”

No, Julian Assange was not spying, and his WikiLeaks are not publishing leaks on behalf of foreign regimes but on behalf of the American people and people in other countries whose rulers are acting criminally and corruptly. And that was exactly Manning’s motivation for leaking the material to WikiLeaks. People have a right to know about their rulers’ crimes and corruption.

With the use of the Espionage Act, with its provisions which clearly violate the First Amendment, the corrupt bureaucrats of the U.S. government want to criminalize the exposure of its own criminality and corruption. As I have said before, turn the lights on them and they scamper like the little cockroaches that they are.

If the criminals in Washington keep doing this, the publishing of information that exposes them (including their war-aggression and the military parts of the regime), which is a way of criticizing the regime, then eventually any criticism of the government, its bureaucrats and their awful policies, and the military, will be punished either through the criminal justice system or through the military courts.

And with “pre-crime” mentality that many bureaucrats and police seem to have now, they will be going after those they think might be a “threat” to them. With the way things are going now, that will probably be the case. The China regime is engaged in social media scores and mass surveillance to find those not behaving in ways that are  “algorithmically- determined” government-approved behaviors.

So now the fascists and criminals of the U.S. Congress are proposing the TAPS Act, the “Threat Assessment, Prevention and Safety Act,” which will create a “Joint Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management Task Force” to identify anyone who is a potential threat. Apparently, everyone including children will be “assessed” to “identify individuals that exhibit patterns of dangerous behavior that may precede an act of targeted violence,” according to Sen. Macro Rubio.

And just who will decide who is a “threat”? Why, “threat assessment experts from multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, in addition to state and local law enforcement as well as mental health service professionals,” according to Rubio. Hmm, those bureaucrats have such a great record, what could possibly go wrong?

With the surge in nationalism and fascism/socialism in Amerika, and around the world in fact, governments will make it a crime to criticize them and their idiocy and their criminality. They are indicating that they will use “espionage” or “sedition” to criminalize dissent and disobedience. This is already being done on the college campuses all across Amerika.

And everyone will have a “threat assessment,” to pre-determine if they might be a “threat” i.e. a critic of the regime, a dissenter, a political opponent, someone who really is a threat to the power of the elites. Not good.
