The Democrat and Republican Parties Are a Criminal Racket

Jacob Hornberger may or may not agree with me that the two major political parties are a criminal racket. And I’ll explain further down why I think they are.

But he sure writes terrific columns. In this one Jacob comments on Elizabeth Warren’s socialist soak-the-rich plan. He notes that the U.S. had no income tax for over 100 years, in which Americans were free to do whatever they wanted with their own wealth and earnings. It was not stolen from them by the government.

But in 1913 the gubmint convinced i.e. bamboozled the American people to accept a compulsory income tax, sans any kind of voluntary contract. It was an involuntary contract, the same kind of involuntary contract that a robber has with his victim on the street. “Your money or your life,” and so on. Yep, that gubmint.

Hornberger writes:

So, what happened? Both Democrats and Republicans began spending government money like it was going out of style on both domestic welfare-state programs and foreign warfare-state escapades. The result was that the middle class ended up getting fleeced to pay for all that welfare-warfare junk.

Just consider all the middle-class people today who are having trouble making ends meet. Manyof them do not have a nest egg in the event of an emergency. They live paycheck to paycheck. That’s because the federal government has fleeced them of their money to fund its ever-burgeoning welfare-warfare state expenses.

There is something else to consider about Warren’s “soak the rich” philosophy. It ultimately hurts the middle class and the poor. The rich provide valuable services in society. One, many of them own businesses that employ middle class and poor people. Two, the rich accumulate capital, which is a key to rising standards of living for the middle class and the poor. Three, many of the rich become rich by providing goods and services that the middle class and the poor value. And four, the rich buy expensive products when they are first invented, which ultimately leads to mass production that enables the middle class and poor to buy such products.

Soaking the rich leads to impoverishment of the middle class and poor. Just look at Cuba, where Warren’s socialist counterparts seized everything from the rich, including money, businesses, and homes. At first, it was party time with all that money and property. But over time, the socialist system started caving in on itself, leaving everyone in Cuba impoverished.

Of course, Warren would undoubtedly argue that at least everyone in Cuba is equal in the sense that everyone is equally poor. But is that really a good thing? Wouldn’t it be better if everyone in society is prospering, even if some have more than others?

Nope. Liawatha would prefer that everyone be equally poor, and not that people are prospering. Except for herself, her fellow apparatchik commissars in the bureaucracy, and their crony industrialists, of course.

Just like in Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela, the old Soviet Union, and of course, today’s good ol’ USSA.

That is why the whole area surrounding Washington, DC is the wealthiest area of the country.

So “soaking the rich” really just means stealing from everyone as much as possible, and living high off the hog at the expense of the workers and producers of society.

Of course, these criminals are causing, or would cause, a continually diminishing population of workers and producers, that’s for sure. They will put everyone out of work in the current “capitalist” system, and the minimum wage laws are a micro view of all that. Instead, in their world the gubmint is the one “employer” i.e. master, and the rest of the population are the “workers” i.e. slaves.

So Liawatha, Bernie, and the rest of those criminal kooks are “SOAKED” with more envy and covetousness than the more honest and normal people who don’t want to steal from their neighbors.

Additionally, the socialist grabbers and takers want to grab the reins of power and control all the industries, all the property, and make a whole bunch of rules that the rest of the population must follow — Do this, do that … Do things this way and don’t do things that way, and so on. Jawohl, Dear Leader! And with all that crap is that they want to control your thoughts by making you have to openly accept crazy things like transgender nonsense and all the group identity politics that they espouse.

But the Republicans are just as bad as the Democrats. Republicans believe in socialism just as much. They love the income tax, Social Security, Medicare, Prescription Drug Welfare, foreign aid, and all the other forms of compulsory redistributionism that are now in place.

In fact, I would go so far as to suggest that the Republican and Democrat parties are a criminal racket, because throughout the years they have imposed laws, fees and restrictions on third parties or otherwise non-establishment candidates to get their names on the ballots in elections. Any and all of those in power who have imposed such unconstitutional restrictions should be charged with racketeering, extortion, fraud, and whatever other charges that apply.

Also, the people in the U.S. government who have sent fellow Americans off to their deaths for no good reason in Vietnam and Korea, and started wars of aggression against Iraq and Afghanistan and initiated drone bombings and killings of innocent civilians in other countries, and imposed murderous sanctions, have been members of those two establishment parties, Republican and Democrat. They have not been Libertarians or Greens.

And it wasn’t Libertarians or Greens who imposed the aforementioned income tax-thefts, which have enabled those wars of aggression and redistributionism from the workers over to the military contractors the merchants of death. It was Republicans and Democrats. Certainly not Libertarians, Greens or members of the Constitution Party.

Involuntary taxes are acts of theft. Why? Because they are … involuntary. They are not based on a voluntary contract. For any transaction to be legitimate in a free society, it must be voluntary, not involuntary. If it’s involuntary, then it is nothing but stealing, robbery, theft, extortion, fraud, mugging, embezzling, pilfering, shoplifting, you name it. It is not an honest transaction. It is criminal.

So, in addition to the Democrats and Republicans’ restricting the rights of the people to participate in democracy and run for office (and oppose the power-abusers), those other reasons are further evidence that the two major parties are a criminal racket.

Repeal Democrats and Republicans

Laurence Vance writes about ObamaCare taxes and other taxes and bills to repeal taxes but replace them with other taxes. Republicans and conservatives are just as much in favor of tax-thefts as liberals and Democrats. (Hence, “Rethuglicans,” in my view.)

Veronique de Rugy describes “Medicare for All” as a plot to pillage us. ($35 trillion? They’re nuts!)

And Robert Wenzel explains Elizabeth Warren’s top economic advisors’ ignorance and hatred of wealth and free markets.

More News and Commentary

Laurence Vance says that Elizabeth Warren’s plan shows the true nature of Social Security.

Ron Paul says, Beware the Republican road to Medicare for All.

Petr Svab on dozens of failed climate predictions over the past 80 years.

Paul Craig Roberts on Adam Schiff and the collapse of Democrat Party integrity.

Jim Cox comments on libertarians and Trump.

And Andrew Bacevich asks Donald Trump to end the American era in the Middle East. (I’m not holding my breath.)

Doh! Another. Democrat. Debate.

Apparently the Democrats had another debate. It was a long “three-hour tour,” and their 4th debate will be four hours and so on.

So, whether it’s their “Medicare for All” or “Climate Change” programs they want to impose, the main point of the Democrats’ programs is their greedy and envious wealth confiscation desires. Everything they want to do includes raising taxes on the productive and the workers i.e. stealing from the people.

And that’s the main point: like Thomas Piketty‘s best-seller, “Rather Than Helping People at the Bottom, Instead Let’s Pull People Down from the Top,” these greedy politicians just want to steal from the productive. And that’s it.

Their environmentalism and health care demagoguery is just a facade covering their real lust for stealing from others, their giving themselves and their cronies power over others and their enjoying the extravagances of all the wealth they use government apparatus to steal from the people. As Larken Rose would put it, these politician parasites don’t care about you, they don’t care if you have health care, and they don’t care if you suffer from climate change.

And with these fascists’ prohibitions, regulations and mandates they love control over others and another goal besides stealing from the people is their suppressing productivity. The motivation for their obsession with and lust for interfering with the lives, inventions, innovations, and progress of others is the same as why they want to steal from the wealthy, the successful and the productive: envy. It is a brainwashed ideology and fanaticism of envy, resentment and hatred of others that directs their thoughts, feelings and all their energy.

They are not that much different from their Rethuglican opponent Donald Trump who wants to interfere with the lives and productivity of foreigners that’s supposedly in the name of “protecting America’s interests,” via his anti-immigration fascism/socialism, which itself is based on myths and fairy tales. But we can leave the immigration issue for a different discussion.

And besides the government central-planning policies of the Envycrats, they also live in a world of ignorance and denial when it comes to the gun rights issue. “Beto” O’Rourke says he wants to take away people’s guns that are shooting people in Walmarts and other areas. So he agrees with Walmart and other stores who are asking customers to not carry guns into their stores. The reason for this request is that Walmart and the other stores want to disarm law-abiding people and make them defenseless sitting ducks when the next shooting occurs.

What? They don’t want that? So they’re just ignorant and in denial? They don’t understand that gun control laws and gun-free zones only disarm people who obey the law.

Sorry for sounding like a broken record on this. Criminals who want to go shoot up a place don’t care if it’s illegal to go shoot up a place. They don’t care if murder, assault, rape and robbery are illegal, so obviously they won’t care if guns are illegal. They’re criminals. Criminals don’t obey the law.

Criminals will get their guns illegally, on the black market, just as the drug laws for the past 60 years have not prevented people from getting their drugs.

And regarding the gun-free zones, 98% of the mass shooters have gone to do their shooting in gun-free zones. Sorry for sounding like a broken record on this. Too bad “Beto” and all the other hysterical people out there do not seem to have that much of an attention span. These selfish hypocritical politicians benefit from arming themselves or having armed security guards, but they want to disarm the commoners.

Anyway, it sounds like some of the sheeple are now favoring Elizabeth Warren, never mind her shrill lecturing, her pandering to every special interest group she could think of. Go away, Liawatha. Please.

Then there was Kamala Harris — Is she on some kind of tranquilizer? Her poking fun at people on the Wizard of Oz was very unbecoming. That was one of my favorite movies. And Harris has this evil-sounding laugh. The anti-Oz remark was especially unladylike.

These horrible people all seem to be in agreement to steal more earnings away from the people and disarm them. Can you imagine having a bodyguard and walking down the street when a robber approaches you and demands your money, your bodyguard helps the robber, not you. That is what government in Washington is.

And Joe Biden? I think he has Alzheimer’s, and I don’t mean that in a derogatory or ageist kind of way like the annoying Julian Castro seemed to do at the debate. Biden has clearly lost some of his cognitive functioning, including his brain-to-mouth motor coordination when he talks. At times he has sounded just like my father (without the socialist claptrap) during his last year or two. And the latest thing I heard was that Biden will release his medical records, and the news mentioned that he takes statin drugs. (Uh-oh, says Bill Sardi and this Reuters article, on statins.)

I think the best ones at the recent debate were Marianne Williamson and Tulsi Gabbard. (Wait, they weren’t at the debate. Sorry. They were still the best ones at that debate.)

USSA Amerika in All Its Glory

It seems that everything in Amerika is politicized. With the social activists and “social justice” warriors wanting to silence and “demonetize” those who have a different point of view, and trying to impose a “social credit” score like in China, every aspect of every day life will be politicized and Amerika will be a Soviet 2.0 (if we’re not already there).

The idiots who run Facebook, Twitter, Apple, Google, and Micro$oft have no clue of history, so they are setting out to aid in the tyrannizing of Amerika.

And this seems to be what all or most of the Democrats running for President want to force on us. Trump is just as bad. And ignorant.

Socialists believe in the empowerment of parasites and bureaucrats and the coercion and the enslavement of others. Democrats fit that mold. (But then, so do the Republicans!)

For example, “Medicare for All,” which isn’t that much different as regular Medicare and Social Security. Workers and producers can’t opt out. Employers and workers must do what bureaucrats order them to do. There is no choice in the matter. No freedom.

And Laurence Vance once again points out that Republicans are just as much socialists as their Democrat opponents in the Republicans’ support for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, SCHIP, “Earned Income Tax Credit,” and Medicare Part D (prescription drug program). All socialist programs.

Even the Libertarian Partly has gone downhill since the Ron Paul-Harry Browne days, with their support in the last two Presidential elections for Gary Johnson and Bill Weld, the pukeworthy “social justice” warriors and interventionists from the Rethug party.

But everything in Amerika now is politics-obsessed and government-obsessed. Only government can solve problems (even though government is mainly the cause of most of the problems!), and the worst of the worst climb up the political ladder to grab that POWER! As soon as the 2016 Presidential election was over, immediately the news media robots were discussing the 2020 election! Doh!

And look at the current bunch of Democrats. Or rather, DON’T look! Yech! Take Elizabeth Warren. Please. She lies on her law school employment applications to fraudulently get work at Harvard, at the expensive of actual minorities who didn’t commit acts of fraud in their applications. Warren lied to the voters of Massachusetts during the last election, promising that if reelected she would stay the full 6-year term as Senator and wouldn’t run for President. The minute she won reelection last November she announces her run for President. We should call her “Liawatha,” no?

And is she a communist who wants the government to run all the industries? Envy, Inc. Warren also gave us the “Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,” whose stated purpose is to weed out fraud. (How does a known fraudster weed out fraud?) The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is a Democrat money-laundering racket. Did you know that?

And then there’s Kamala Harass, who giggled and replied, “Well said” this week to someone calling Trump “mentally retarded.” And then she tries to lie her way out of it.

Tulsi Gabbard pointed out Harris’s 1,500 marijuana arrests, and that she “blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so,” and that she “kept people in prison beyond their sentences” for cheap labor.

Also as a California prosecutor Harris arrested and jailed the parents of kids who missed too much school, and laughed about that, too. If I were a psychiatrist, I would love to have her in my office and find out, you know, what happened in her early childhood. I think there are probably similarities among all these parasites, shysters and psychopaths.

And, oh yes, here’s a real doozie. “Beto” O’Rourke, who puts baby poop in his wife’s food, and does “Psycho” scenes when she’s in the shower. And fantasized about murdering children. These people are sick degenerates.

“Mayor Pete”? The one who criticized Trump for getting out of the Vietnam War, but didn’t criticize the war itself? And the warmongers in Washington (which he strives to be, if elected) who sent 58,000 Americans to their deaths for no good reason? Nothing to say about that.

Speaking of the warmongering psychopaths in Washington (which all those Democrats strive to be), there was apparently a “secret meeting” planned with Donald Trump and Afghan Taliban officials to be held at Camp David, but because of a suicide car bomb attack that caused the death of an American soldier, Trump and his minions cancelled the meeting. They were to have an agreement with the Taliban but the Taliban were reluctant because they don’t recognize the “stooge government” in Kabul. (What about the “stooge government” in Washington?)

Now, the American soldier who died as a result of the bombing did so for the same reason that all the other American soldiers died in Afghanistan or Iraq (and Vietnam, etc., etc.), because they shouldn’t have been over there in the first place. They have no place being there, and the U.S. government had no good reason to start either of those two wars over there.

As the aforementioned Laurence Vance has stated, the U.S. government can eliminate the risks involved in U.S. troops being in places where they do not belong: just get the hell out of there. It’s not complicated.

But Democrats are just as much warmongers and foreign interventionists as the Republicans. They both suck.

But I don’t know whether the bureaucrats of Washington really want to end that Afghanistan war that they started for no good reason, and, given the U.S. government’s record of false flags, war crimes and shenanigans in other countries, it wouldn’t surprise me if the recent car bombing was really a CIA false flag. Now, I’m not accusing anyone, just saying it wouldn’t surprise me.

If it was a false flag, then it would be because the bureaucrats really don’t want to leave Afghanistan. Just look at all the boondoggles for the American military contractors and construction contractors, and the CIA opium fields and all the profits with the drug trade. I mean, who would want to give that up? (The criminals and gangsters of Washington, that is.)

And then there’s Secretary of Belligerence State Mike Bombpeo on all the Sunday shows, Chinese phone books and all, giving lots of sickening propaganda. When he and John Bolton speak, I just assume they are lying, like the other warmongers of the U.S. government.

Speaking of the Sunday talk shows that I hear on Bloomberg Radio, I couldn’t believe all the propaganda and lies yesterday. Chuck Toady with “Meet the Press” and CBS Fake the Nation were the worst.

If the economy is good by a year from now and Trump hasn’t started any new wars that his awful minions Bombpeo and Bolton seem to want to do, and the Democrat candidate still wins the 2020 election, it would be because of so much propaganda in the news media, probably combined with the shutting down of alternative media that the “SJW”s want to do.

Either way, Republican or Democrat, Trump or Liawatha, it’s Soviet 2.0. Perhaps the Libertarian Partly might actually consider nominating a libertarian this time. Or perhaps not voting is the best solution.

Elizabeth Warren the Mad Power-Grabber

Elizabeth Warren is the U.S. senator from Massachusetts running for a second term that she supposedly will easily win on Tuesday. But she is campaigning in other states, most recently Ohio and Wisconsin (two very big electoral college states for a Presidential election), supposedly for candidates in close races in those states. I am sure that this trend of Warren staying outside of Massachusetts will continue and escalate after she is reelected to the U.S. Senate, given her statement that she would “take a hard look” at running for President in 2020.

You see, power hungry politicians love power so much that they are constantly seeking higher offices and more power.

Warren, a.k.a. Pocahontas, isn’t the only political hack from Massachusetts to begin a run for President while supposedly “serving” her constituents in a current office. During the 1980s, Gov. Michael Dukakis was reelected in 1986 to a third term, and already “testing the waters” for a 1988 Presidential bid.

In 1987 and ’88 Dukakis was absent from Massachusetts so many times, he should have resigned as governor and let Lt. Gov. Evelyn Murphy take over officially as the acting governor. But noooo, Dukakis was not able to let go of his current power in his drive for even more power. Just as Elizabeth Warren is doing now.

And then when Evelyn Murphy ran for governor of Massachusetts in 1990, Dukakis wouldn’t help her and didn’t campaign for her, as Barack Obama and Donald Trump are doing now on behalf of their respective party candidates in elections this Tuesday. So, Dukakis (who turns 85 today, by the way — must be all those turkey carcasses), was kind of walking all over his Lt. Gov. Evelyn Murphy while he ran for President, in which she performed all the duties as governor in his absence, but he wouldn’t resign and make it “official,” or help her in her 1990 election bid, which she lost even in the primary.

And then we had Gov. Mitt Romney, a.k.a. “Willard” Romney, who walked all over his Lt. Governor Kerry Healey, a.k.a. “Muffy Healey,” while Romney was absent from the state for over 200 days in 2006, his last year as governor while Healey performed all the duties of governor. And then Romney wouldn’t help her in her election bid for governor in 2006, just like Dukakis in 1990 (because Romney was so power hungry, like Dukakis and Pocahontas in their lust for higher political office). Healey lost, of course.

In 2006, when Willard Romney was already running for President and abandoning his duties as governor, he shoved the mandatory health insurance law down the throats of the people of Massachusetts. So, right there he’s telling people not only is he not a free-market kind of guy, but he’s ramming mandatory health insurance regardless of how destructive it would turn out to be, just so he can campaign with some new government scheme to brag about from his time as governor.

Brag? About “RomneyCare”? By 2012 RomneyCare didn’t control costs, but he did cause the state’s largest provider for the poor to have to make cuts because of the impact of RomneyCare.

I think politicians with power love to order the masses to do this or that, whether you like it or not. “You must — MUST — have health insurance,” Romney commanded. Just like Michael Dukakis ordering the people of Massachusetts you vill wear a seat belt, and you vill enjoy it.

And Elizabeth Warren, who wants to order private businesses to organize themselves via sex, national origin or race on their boards and their management teams, whether they like it or not, consumers be damned. Since when does Elizabeth Warren, creator of the Democrats’ money-laundering racket “Consumer Financial Protection Bureau,” care about consumers? What Pocahontas cares about is power, and more power for bureaucrats. In her bizarre world of irrationality, businesspeople must be accountable to bureaucrats, not to the consumers as it would work in an honest world.

Anyway, back to Romney. Here is Willard at the signing ceremony for his mandatory health care atrocity, introducing his unindicted co-conspirator Ted Kennedy:

As I wrote about Romney regarding his upcoming easy win for U.S. Senate from Utah (one of his many home states):

During his 2012 Presidential campaign, Romney said that, regarding taxes, “everything is on the table,” including raising taxes on the wealthy to reduce the deficit. No surprise there.

During his time as governor of Massachusetts, Romney raised taxes on corporations. The tax hikes, according to columnist Deroy Murdock, “totaled $128 million in 2003, $95.5 in 2004, and $85 million in 2005.” And, according to Murdock, Romney “created or increased fees by $432 million…Romney charged more for marriage licenses (from $6 to $12), gun registrations (from $25 to $75), a used-car sales tax ($10 million), gasoline deliveries ($60 million), real-estate transfers ($175 million), and more. Particularly obnoxious was Romney’s $10 fee per Certificate of Blindness.”

My, what a great guy, this Willard.

You see, he is typical of the elitist political class, taking from the poor and middle class and redistributing the wealth to the rich fat-cats, as we saw in his support of the Wall Street Bailout in 2008. To show how clueless he was about the Federal Reserve and the financial crisis of 2007-2009, Romney endorsed the reappointment of Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke in 2010. During his 2012 campaign, Romney received the most among the GOP candidates (and more than Obama as well) from the Big Banks in campaign contributions between just January and September of 2011, according to Michael Snyder: $352,200 from Goldman Sachs, $184,800 from Morgan Stanley, and $112,500 from Bank of America.

As a crony capitalist with Bain Capital, Romney used government subsidies with some of the companies Bain bought out to restructure and sell and profit from.

Speaking of crony capitalism, when it comes to “climate change” interventionism, Romney is all in. No free market solutions in sight with this Willard. For instance, in 2012 he cited a study in support of carbon taxes, and, according to Forbes (or you can view that article here), Romney’s advisors were all for cap-and-trade legislation/regulations, subsidizing renewable energy, with one advisor who was involved in the “Department of Energy loan guarantee program that funded Solyndra,” and another who was responsible for getting the 1990 Clean Air Act amendments passed.

If you live in Utah and would rather not vote for Romney for U.S. Senate, then you might want to consider the Libertarian Party candidate, Craig Bowden.

So this Willard Romney person is the one who called Donald Trump a “phony,” a “fraud,” a “fake,” and a “con man”! (Watch Willard begin his next run for President immediately after getting elected to the U.S. Senate, just like Elizabeth Warren. They are drooling for POWER!)

But when it comes to Elizabeth Warren and honesty and integrity in politics, I think that Liawatha comes very close to Willard in being a “phony,” a “fraud,” a “fake,” and a “con man” (or con-woman) in her claiming to be a minority to get her position on the Harvard Law School faculty. Because Warren knows nothing about law, and virtually anything else that matters, she had to take the sleazy way to “success.”

Incidentally, not that you would want to be reminded, but here is what Elizabeth Warren thinks of entrepreneurs, the producers of wealth that she as a bureaucrat wants to take away by force:

She’s trying to take down those who actually create the wealth in society by claiming that she and others share in the accomplishments based on “paying” for roads, schools, and police.

But, as Robert P. Murphy wrote,

For one thing, a factory owner already does pay a lot for use of the government roads and labor services of his employees. In contrast to other “public goods,” roads often have a much more dedicated payment stream, in the form of tolls and gasoline taxes. So the factory owner, who pays trucking companies to ship products around, is already paying a lot more to maintain the interstate highway system than is a lower-income person living in Manhattan with no car.

Politicians don’t really think things through, do they?

So, in that video Warren roars, “You were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. You didn’t have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory…”

You mean, like power-grabbing socialists, Elizabeth? Like the Venezuelan regime? Like Cuba? The Soviet Union? Like you greedy bureaucrats in Washington? The ones for whom nothing is ever enough, no amount of taxation is enough for you crooks!

As with most politicians, has Elizabeth Warren ever produced anything of value in her nearly 70 years? Should we compare her or any politician or bureaucrat to Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Andrew Carnegie, or Martha Stewart, or Oprah?

Nope. That bunch of entrepreneurs created wealth with their talents and many, many people have benefited from their accomplishments. They were or are creators. Wealth creators.

But the power grabbers and power seekers of politics and government continue their push for more and more power over others. They are not the wealth creators of society, it’s just the opposite. They are the takers, the confiscators, the thieves, the obstructionists, the true “oppressors” of our time.

Elizabeth Warren Has an Independent Challenger: A “Real Indian”

Besides dingbat Elizabeth Warren running for reelection now, there are two other candidates. The Republican is Geoff Diehl, a droolingly anti-immigration, anti-foreigner Trump supporter. Diehl was the Massachusetts chairman for the Trump for President campaign in 2016. But despite his ignorance on immigration, Diehl has been good on taxes, having headed the successful campaign to repeal the gas tax increase that would have been indexed to inflation (but not to deflation!).

But there is an Independent candidate also challenging Pocahontas, Shiva Ayyadurai, who, as far as I have read up to now, actually agrees with Trump and Diehl on the immigration issue, and probably other issues. Ayyadurai is a former Republican who re-registered as an Independent so he could run against Warren and Diehl.

But I think voters in Massachusetts who hate Elizabeth Warren should consider voting for Ayyadurai, because he has the kind of “I don’t care who I offend” attitude in his calling people “racist” and other words targeting those who might disagree with him. He is definitely politically incorrect. And wouldn’t we rather have someone who isn’t afraid of being politically incorrect, rather than the usual mealy-mouthed statist Democretins and Republicrats? He may actually be a dark-skinned version of Donald Trump, if you can imagine that. (I know, that’s politically incorrect, but whatever.)

For instance, Ayyadurai has a campaign bus that has a big poster along the side, stating, “Only a REAL INDIAN Can Defeat the Fake Indian.” The City of Cambridge told him to remove the sign, and he sued the city and took it to court, and he won.

Now, in an article today the Boston Globe writes:

Ayyadurai calls Senator Elizabeth Warren a “Fake Indian,” a reference to her controversial claims of Native American heritage. He’s called her a “Racist Demonic Fake Indian.” A “fascist.” A “scumbag” “lawyer-lobbyist.” Geoff Diehl, who won the Republican primary for the race, is a “Fake Trumper,” “Dirty Diehl,” and “a moron.”

His preferred epithet for just about everyone who disagrees with him is “racist.” Warren’s supporters are racist. She is racist, he says, at least in part because — he claims — she said she was Native American to get ahead in her career…

The Republican Party is racist because it “is still so insular that it can’t accept a dark-skinned, independent-minded, accomplished MIT PhD, who started seven successful companies in Massachusetts,” Ayyadurai, who first declared his intention to run for the GOP nomination last year, wrote on his campaign website before switching to run as an independent.

This reporter, The Boston Globe, and the media more broadly are racist for not paying much attention to his candidacy. (Three recent polls showed Ayyadurai with support in the single digits.)

Well, Globe, could his polling numbers be so low because Establishment-biased mainstream media outlets won’t cover his campaign? Ya think? And look at the comments on the article, too. The statists for Warren and Diehl are out there. They don’t seem to get the big picture.

The Globe also notes:

In late May, he freely tossed around the n-word during a podcast that was hosted by someone that People for the American Way, a liberal group, describes as an “open white nationalist.” Ayyadurai was discussing a tweet he sent a few weeks earlier declaring that “we’re all [n-word] on the White Liberal Deep State Reservation! Only when we break free and be Independent of both Establishment parties, are we truly free.”

The Globe article linked to this article on Rightwingwatch.org, in which Ayyadurai elaborated his tweet in context.

(WARNING to snowflakes: The “n-word” is spelled out in the following quote of Ayyadurai only because it’s a QUOTE of someone using that word. Just to be clear. I hope the SPLC censors understand that. I shouldn’t have to even write this disclaimer, it’s so ridiculous!)

So here is Ayyadurai’s explanation of his twitter argument:

“Someone called me a curry nigger, OK? And I’m going to use that word. Let me tell you why I think he said, ‘This guy is a sellout curry Indian nigger.’ So, I tweeted back, ‘We’re all niggers on the white liberal deep state reservation,” he said.

“You see, what the white liberals have done is they have drawn a very nice bounded box of what is racism. So if you use the word ‘nigger’ or if you change the name so you don’t use that word, and if you change the names of things, suddenly you’ve solved racism. You see what I’m saying? And the truth is we’re all niggers on the white liberal deep state reservation,” Ayyadurai said.

He continued, “And that word, we should all embrace and use. And this is why I think we should embrace it, because it goes at the true heart of racism. Racism is not ceremonial things of stopping using words, changing names, it’s addressing the fundamental economic issues, which is we’re all on a plantation of white liberalism, of neo-liberalism, and the epicenter of that is Harvard University.”

In July Ayyadurai was taunting a bunch of Elizabeth Warren fans waiting in line to see one of her events, with a megaphone. He was calling them “racist,” and saying “racist, racist, racist” repeatedly directed at one of them who was wearing a shirt that apparently read, “Liberal” on the front. The good “liberal” pushed the megaphone into Ayyadurai’s face and the “liberal” was arrested for assault.

I guess the “liberal” learned that violence is the way to handle disagreements, as Rand Paul’s deranged neighbor believes, as well as the murderous psychopath who shot at the baseball-playing congressmen and severely injured Rep. Steve Scalise.

Here is Ayyadurai’s video of the incident.

Even if Ayyadurai’s teasing of the “liberal” could have been considered “fightin’ words” and a provocation, I see it more as just teasing, albeit in an obnoxious, amplified way with the megaphone.

But the 74-year-old angry “liberal” received “nine months’ probation and a 10-week anger management course for the assault and battery charge, and a $150 maximum fine and 60 days’ probation for a disorderly conduct charge,” according to the Berkshire Eagle.

Included in his Victim Impact Statement, Ayyadurai wrote,

As someone who loves this country & is running for US SENATE as an Independent candidate, I do not believe VIOLENCE is the answer.

Discourse, speaking to one another, free speech, non-violent civil disobedience & protest, what I learned from Gandhi, the great non-violent leader, who MLK emulated himself after, is what leads to truth and real understanding. This is particularly important for us to be reminded of, yesterday Aug. 15 your honor, was the anniversary of Indian Independence Day.

Violence individually as occurred to me on July 22 or as in Charlottesville a year ago is NOT the answer.

We need discourse & free speech to discuss important issues such as RACE & RACISM, as Americans. For far too in long America, those claiming to fight racism, liberal or otherwise, have monopolized that discourse and have no right to use violence to suppress opposing views.

Yes, freedom of speech is important. But Ayyadurai is not totally consistent on the free speech issue, given that he has sued quite a few people for libel and defamation. Whatever.

And Ayyadurai has sued the University of Massachusetts who is sponsoring debates between Elizabeth Warren and Geoff Diehl that exclude Ayyadurai. On his campaign website, Ayyadurai notes that Independent Massachusetts candidates were allowed to participate in debates in 2010 and 2014. We will see if the court views tax-funded universities who are sponsoring election debates as obligated to include ALL candidates on the ballot in their debates.

A New Low for Liawatha

It seems that Elizabeth Warren has had a DNA analysis to “prove” that she really is of Native American heritage. The Boston Globe is covering the results thoroughly for her. I don’t think the timing of all this, just three weeks before her reelection bid, has anything to do with it. Nope.

Previous to her 2012 election to the U.S. Senate, Warren finagled her position at Harvard Law School from an intensive affirmative action scheme to get more women on the faculty. According to the Daily Caller, however, Harvard wasn’t too concerned about possible incompetence. In other words, Warren may have benefited primarily from the affirmative action scheme rather than qualifications. The Daily Caller:

In 1991, Rutgers Professor Phillip Schuchman reviewed Warren’s co-authored 1989 book “As We Forgive Our Debtors: Bankruptcy and Consumer Credit in America” in the pages of the Rutgers Law Review, a publication Warren once edited. Schuchman found “serious errors” which result in “grossly mistaken functions and comparisons.”

Warren and her co-authors had drawn improper conclusions from “even their flawed findings,” and “made their raw data unavailable” to check, he wrote. “In my opinion, the authors have engaged in repeated instances of scientific misconduct.”

The work “contains so much exaggeration, so many questionable ploys, and so many incorrect statements that it would be well to check the accuracy of their raw data, as old as it is,” Schuchman added.

Harvard Law School appears to have overlooked that review, in part, because of its commitment to hiring a woman professor…

“We’re clearly trying to add more women to the faculty,” Clark told the Harvard Law Record in March 1994.

“Clark said HLS was engaging ‘affirmative action’ to the extent it was working to increase the number of women considered and interviewed,” wrote the Record’s Greg Stohr. “He also said the Law School would be willing to hire a qualified woman, even if her area of expertise did not fit an immediate need, but he stopped short of saying the school would lower its qualification requirements for women.”

Now, since when do universities lower their qualification requirements or academic standards? That never happens.

And since when do ambitious politicians lie to advance their careers, or to attain higher positions of power? Did Elizabeth Warren just make it up that she’s of Native American heritage just as an excuse to check the “Minority” box on application forms, such as for admittance to the Harvard Law School faculty? Did she really have to do that, given that she knew she could already more easily be hired based on just her female status?

And, according to Legal Insurrection in 2012 when Warren was running for the U.S. Senate,

David Bernstein discovered that in annual reports by the Association of American Law Schools (AALS) from 1986-1994, Warren was listed as a minority faculty member.  Since AALS bases such information solely on what faculty self-reports, the information must have come from Warren herself.  The AALS directories, however, only identify whether the faculty member is “minority,” not what minority status is claimed.

There seems to be some uncertainty in news reports as to whether Warren filled out the AALS forms, and if so, whether she identified as Native American, with the (Scott) Brown campaign demanding that she “come clean.”

I spoke this afternoon with Alethea Harney, Warren’s campaign press secretary, and confirmed several key details.

Harney acknowledged that the minority status reported by Warren to AALS was Native American, and that while Warren does not remember the precise forms, she believes there was a box or other designation to be selected for Native American.

The AALS reporting was the only time Warren self-identified as Native American as far as Warren currently is aware, according to Harney, and Warren never has joined any Native American groups, or asserted any tribal memberships.

And in a subsequent article, Legal Insurrection writes:

… Warren was listed in the (Harvard) Women’s Law Journal on the list of “Women of Color in Legal Academia.”  Where would the student editors have come up with the idea that Warren was a “woman of color”?  Certainly not from looking at her.

The Journal used the 1991-1992 AALS directory list of Minority Law Teachers — on which Warren’s name appeared as we now know based on her claiming Native American status — as a starting point, then gathered other information from other sources, and then sent out confirmation letters.

That Legal Insurrection article also quotes from a Boston Globe article thus:

“But for at least six straight years during Warren’s tenure, Harvard University reported in federally mandated diversity statistics that it had a Native American woman in its senior ranks at the law school. According to both Harvard officials and federal guidelines, those statistics are almost always based on the way employees describe themselves.

“In addition, both Harvard’s guidelines and federal regulations for the statistics lay out a specific definition of Native American that Warren does not meet.”

And now we’re hearing via Zero Hedge that Elizabeth Warren’s DNA test is really indicating that she is, supposedly, only 1/1024 percent Native American. (I thought this photo on Zero Hedge was hysterical.) So really, she’s a lying fraudster, let’s face it.

But speaking of outright frauds, Elizabeth Warren’s “Consumer Financial Protection Bureau” has itself been a fraud. She is the one who met with then-President Barack Obama in 2009 and 2010 to put this monstrosity together, along with then-Sen. Chris “Countrywide” Dodd (D-Countrywide) and then-Rep. Barney Frank (D-OneUnited, “Hot Bottom”). They were “concerned” about consumer “rights.”

If Warren were serious about protecting consumer rights, she would have pressed for indicting Obama on fraud charges, given that he and his administration flunkies knowingly and repeatedly lied that people would keep their doctors or their current health care plan under ObamaCare.
