More on the New Authoritarian “Justice,” and Sexual Assault, Civil Unrest

Donald Trump continues to make campaign appearances on behalf of Republican candidates. In a recent appearance he was declaring how great his new Supreme Bureaucrat Brett Kavanaugh is, with his supporters cheering enthusiastically. Now, those cheering supporters are either ignorant of Brett Kavanaugh’s decisions, or they agree with them, which is probably the case.

And no, Kavanaugh is not “brilliant,” he is himself ignorant (or really dumb). As I have written several times now, Kavanaugh imagines that the Fourth Amendment has things in it that just aren’t there. He wrote, “The Fourth Amendment allows governmental searches and seizures without individualized suspicion when the Government demonstrates a sufficient ‘special need’…” such as involving drugs or border checkpoints. Okay, Justice (sic), where does it say those things in the Fourth Amendment?

That Amendment states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

I don’t see …”unless the government demonstrates a sufficient ‘special need'” or any listing of exceptions, such as “drugs.” So, like most authoritarians who just want to empower the government police to raid the homes and businesses of innocent people for specious reasons, Kavanaugh is just making things up in his rubber-stamping of the police state to satisfy his own ideological leanings. An authoritarian is someone who believes that specific rules that are set for those in power may be broken based on the whim of the enforcers.

And it’s amazing the talk radio ditto-heads who have been complaining about the Obama FBI and DOJ abusing their FISA spying authority to go after political opponents, and repeatedly citing the “Fourth Amendment,” yet having wet dreams over their newest police-statist Kavanaugh that they love so much. So please Sean Hannity (and Rand Paul, too!) shut up about the “Fourth Amendment.” These “conservatives” generally support police “stop-and-frisk” policies without suspicion of an individual, policies that Trump was recently extolling to the cheers of rabid government police chiefs from across the country.

Now, given that Kavanaugh supports such an authoritarian police state and rubber-stamps the unconstitutional Guantanamo prison that exists so the feds can sidestep the Constitution they swore an oath to support and defend, it would not surprise me if he really was the one who Christine Ford Blasey was victimized by of sexual assault. Of course, I’m not accusing him, just saying it wouldn’t surprise me, given his supporting brute force by government against innocent people, by police against presumably innocent people without suspicion, and so on.

And that’s another thing. All this about sexual assault and the idea that one teenage boy might do that to a teenage girl. If that ever does happen, I think that parents need to raise their girls to bravely go and report such violence against them to the police, at that time. And not wait years later. I know that they were drunk and the victim might not remember, and repressed memories until years later and all that. But if the victim is aware at that time, she needs to report the assailant.

Another thing parents need to do is raise their girls with knowledge of self-defense. Whether learning karate or judo, or having mace or a gun, or even poking an assailant in the eyes. Am I all wrong on this? I might be.

And speaking of self-defense, in the alternative news (that the fake news mainstream media sweeps under the rug), we are hearing about antifa thugs going into streets and harassing motorists and pedestrians, and maybe even worse than just harassing. If someone is the victim of an assault the victim needs to know how to fight back. I am very distressed hearing about these antifa thugs targeting innocent people, and hope to hear about someone fighting back, or even shooting back to protect themselves. Glenn Beck this morning played some audio of those things, and he’s saying it might be the beginning of a “civil war.” I hope not. Because if so, those people who are fighting back (against the ones who are initiating the aggression) will be the government’s victims in its arms confiscations, its police breaking into and entering private homes and stealing weapons to make innocent people defenseless. And Brett Kavanaugh will rubber-stamp all that, given his record of neanderthal authoritarianism.

Amerikan Loony-Tunes

Well, we now have another authoritarian neanderthal on the U.S. Supreme Parasites, Brett Kavanaugh, who loves the Patriot Act, Gitmo, NSA spying on innocent people, TSA groping and molesting, warrantless and thus illegal police searches, and who is a drug warrior and militarist who will do what he can to help to strengthen the police state and the criminal national security state.

The people who hate Kavanaugh actually don’t care about the police state, illegal searches and seizures, and about the use of surveillance against political opponents. Many of them are aware that their fellow travelers from the Obama administration abused such powers and they actually endorse that. Left-wing activists are NOT a friend of civil liberties.

No, what the anti-Kavanaugh screechers care most about is abortion, gender and race, and the LGBT agenda. They want the federal government to have a lot of power including rubber-stampers on the Supreme Court to impose the social activists’ ways of life onto the rest of us or impose an acceptance of their deviancy and indecency. Imposing onto others is the activists’ main agenda. By the force of law.

So the leftists are going to try to impeach Kavanaugh, based on perjury or whatever they can do, just as they will try to impeach Donald Trump if the Democrats take control of Congress. They will continue following their opponents in elevators, restaurants, malls and offices and harassing them.

Meanwhile, the Senate Judiciary Committee is seriously looking at possible perjury charges against Kavanaugh’s high school-years accuser Christine Blasey Ford.

Now, there are those who don’t believe the “conspiracy theories” about Blasey Ford’s possible involvement with the CIA. But given her years and years of extensive psychological research into mind control and hypnosis, as well as her allegedly helping people to beat a polygraph test based on such research and experience, I don’t doubt it. Or she could be a useful idiot for the CIA as well as a useful idiot for the “MeToo” movement.

The skeptical Jacob Hornberger asks, “Why in the world would the CIA want to block the appointment of someone who, based on his conservative background and ideology, could reasonably be relied upon to rubber-stamp anything and everything the CIA and the rest of the national-security establishment do?

Well, we know that the CIA in general is not rational. They have been fixated Cold Warriors who can’t let go of the “Soviet threat,” who have been involved in Gitmo torture to get false confessions from innocent and uninvolved detainees even though the outcome is that such tortured detainees then join the militant forces against the U.S. for the first time. And we know that many apparatchiks in CIA, NSA, FBI, etc. didn’t like Donald Trump’s criticizing them and their wars abroad during the campaign and they have been trying feverishly to get him out of the White House. They are very irrational parasites who will do anything to keep their grasp on government powers and the public trough. So, they would try to prevent Trump from getting more Justices (sic) on the “High” Court, just in the name of being obsessively anti-Trump, even if it goes against their agenda.

I hope the activists do impeach Brett Kavanaugh, and then they can get Ruth Buzzi Ginsburg, John “Comrade” Roberts, and all the rest of them.

Sen. Rand Paul: Ignoramus? Hypocrite?

Sen. Rand Paul had already stated that he will vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Bureaucrats, and he has reiterated that support. Dr. Paul declares, “The preponderance of evidence from hundreds of people who knew him and worked with him indicates he is a good man with a good reputation for integrity and character.”

Now, what planet is Rand Paul living on? It’s not planet reality, that’s for sure. For someone who has spent hours and hours, speech after speech, and his 2016 Presidential debates defending the Fourth Amendment and its set rules that government must follow regarding searches and seizures, Rand Paul is either a total hypocrite or he is extremely forgetful already at the young age of 55.

Doesn’t Dr. Paul know that as a judge Brett Kavanaugh has trashed the Fourth Amendment? Kavanaugh reads into the 4th as stating that there are exceptions to the rules.

The Fourth Amendment rules that must be followed are that government and enforcers must have reasonable suspicion, probable cause and a warrant signed by a judge to search anyone’s person, houses, papers or effects. Kavanaugh imagines some kind of “special need” of the government to pry and invade regardless of the rules, regardless of the law that enforcers must obey, in the name of validating the police state and further empowering the feds’ surveillance of innocent non-suspects.

The Fourth Amendment says nothing about exceptions. It says nothing about “exigent circumstances.” And the reasons Kavanaugh has for allowing police and NSA spies to break the law and violate their Constitutional oaths? Because of drugs, airport security, i.e. issues where government has no Constitutional authority.

Where in the Fourth Amendment does it list ANY exceptions? So Kavanaugh imagines those made-up exceptions out of thin air. Is he one of those who says, “well the Founders didn’t have to deal with the issues we face today”? Like the people on the Left who believe the Constitution is a “living, breathing document,” and all that crapola.

Besides the Fourth Amendment, Kavanaugh totally eviscerates the Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments with his rubber-stamping of the Guantanamo prison in Cuba, its illegal and criminal torture regime, and detaining innocent people without charges.

And he rubber-stamps CIA secrecy, sweeping the truth about its criminality under the rug.

More recently, Ambrose Evans-Pritchard wrote about his personal experiences with Brett Kavanaugh, showing the extent to which Kavanaugh is nothing more than a government apparatchik, an enmeshed appendage of the State itself. Donald Trump is NOT “draining the swamp” when he appoints a swamp creature to the “High” Court.

So, Rand Paul has no knowledge of Kavanaugh’s actual record? The Fourth Amendment no longer matters? The Constitution, and our liberty, no longer matter? So, is Dr. Paul just really ignorant of Brett Kavanaugh’s rulings, or is Rand a total hypocrite and is more concerned with pleasing Mitch McConnell and keeping his membership on Senate committees? Has Rand Paul just become a clone of Donald Trump?

And also, because the anti-Kavanaugh screaming from the Left has nothing to do with liberty, the Bill of Rights or illegal surveillance and searches, and instead has everything to do with “social justice,” gender and race politics, is this why Rand Paul and conservatives and Republicans are all in with Brett Kavanaugh?

Don’t they know that Kavanaugh, too, is a “Social Justice Warrior”? The whole thing is Bizarro World, quite frankly.

Dr. Christine Blasey Ford: CIA Flunky and Possible Perjurer

Besides Brett Kavanaugh being an entrenched government apparatchik bureaucrat and rubber-stamper of the national security state, the police state, and the surveillance state, it appears that his accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford is also an apparatchik, of the CIA and its shenanigans, as well as having close ties to the FBI.

This article from principia-scientific.org, that was linked by the Lew Rockwell “Political Theatre,” tells us that the Republican-linked prosecutor at the Dr. Christine Blasey Senate hearings may have intentionally led Blasey Ford into a perjury trap. Good! Among other alleged lies that Dr. Blasey Ford told under oath, she stated that she never gave anyone tips on how to take a polygraph, even though her former boyfriend stated in a sworn statement that she did do that.

And it’s even more involved than that. From the Principia Scientific article:

In our previous article we revealed that Professor Blasey-Ford’s scientific research at Stanford University includes running a “CIA undergraduate internship program” which is described in full at this Stanford.edu recruitment page.

Also, it is alleged other Ford family members have ties with the CIA. President Donald Trump has accused the CIA of long being part of the ‘Deep State.’

We also were able to confirm that Christine Blasey Ford was a co-author of the 2008 mind control study in the Journal of Clinical Psychology…

This study openly discusses altering behavior and beliefs through the application of neurotechnology  “inference-control loops” that “hijack” human anatomy to control minds.  The technique is eerily similar to the notorious CIA MKUltra project.

It is also alleged Blasey-Ford has affiliation with one of the developers of the MKUltra program at Stanford, Dr Frederick Melges, along with her being a student recruiter for CIA programs at the University.

And according to Zero Hedge, Blasey Ford’s family is closely a part of the CIA.

But, because there is a two-tier system of justice in Amerika, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh will not be charged with perjury for lying under oath at their Senate hearings. Because they are both apparatchiks of the “deep state,” or the permanent national security state, they will get away with whatever they want.

Rudy Giuliani Is Right about Perjury Traps

James Bovard explains what Rudy Giuliani was trying to say regarding the “perjury trap” that many people believe “special counsel” Robert Mueller might try to put Donald Trump into. Giuliani wasn’t particularly articulate, and many ignoramuses in the media were making fun of him. They either don’t know how corrupt prosecutors like Mueller get innocent people who really are telling the truth into a false charge of perjury (“lying to law enforcement”), or the media co-conspirators with the State do know about perjury traps but, because it’s Donald Trump who might be entrapped, that’s okay.

Bovard explains how investigators such as FBI get people into a charge of perjury. You see, there might be two versions of a story. James Comey tells investigators or Senators what he remembers was the conversation he had with Trump, and then Trump tells what he remembers was the conversation. If there is any discrepancy between Comey’s and Trump’s testimony, the investigators will go with what their close friend Comey said, and then conclude that Trump is lying, even if Trump told the truth, and even if Comey is lying (and even if the investigators know that Comey is lying!).

This situation happened with Mike Flynn who was entrapped into a perjury charge. Flynn pleaded guilty not because he believed that he did lie to investigators, but because Mueller was going after his son. And Flynn pleaded guilty even though the investigator who interviewed him — the smirking Peter Strzok — believed that Flynn was not lying in the interview. But, the Mueller zealots overruled Strzok and they got their first victim. That is because this really is a “witch hunt,” as Trump has been saying. And I’m not a Trump supporter as readers know.

So besides this week’s Michael Cohen guilty plea that was obviously timed by the witch-hunters to coincide with the Paul Manafort conviction, the feds are now going after a Republican congressman, charging Rep. Chris Collins with “insider trading,” even though that’s not a real crime, and the latest victim of the gestapo purge is Republican congressman Duncan Hunter and his wife who are charged with misusing campaign funds. You will not see the feds going after the Democrats in Congress who have been doing various things that could easily get them charged with criminal violations, you know, their “three felonies a day” and all that. The Mueller-Clinton-Democrat gang are dead serious in getting Trump.

And CNN, “The Most Trusted Name in News,” has sued to get the Manafort jury’s names and addresses — and that was days before the verdicts were decided!

Jury tampering much, CNN?

The Government-Media-Mobster complex is alive and well now.

You see, all this crap in Washington makes me root for the corrupt Rethuglicans in November, even though they’ve been starting wars for 25 years and acting like utter criminals and socialists! (Yech. I need a shower.)

NSA Whistleblower William Binney Explains the Non-Hack

Former NSA technical director William Binney explains to Tomi Collins of “America Restored” how the leaked emails from the DNC computers could not have been a result of a hack or from someone with remote access, but rather were accessed locally with someone using perhaps a USB flash drive at the actual computer(s). i.e. probably a DNC insider, not Russians or other foreigners. Additionally, Binney explains that the actual data the Mueller team is using is fabricated data.

I know, many people don’t want to consider the possibility that their own government would behave in an unethical, dishonest or criminal manner, such as making up “collusions” or what-have-you in order to frame an innocent person.

But the FBI, CIA and NSA all have a record of shenanigans that goes back to the beginnings of those bureaucracies.

Here is a refresher on the NSA’s abuse of powers, a 2013 interview that Judy Woodruff did with Binney and another former NSA whistleblower, Russell Tice, on the extent of NSA’s criminal intrusions into the lives of innocent Americans.

But a lot of people nevertheless have this blind faith in their national government, despite the history of its acting criminally against its own people.

Are you a True Believer?

The True Believers are the ones who want to have Edward Snowden and Bradley Manning jailed (or executed) for “treason,” even though it is the exposed criminal government bureaucrats who were the real violators of their Constitutional oaths, and who should be jailed. So, the True Believers have it backwards. Today’s ultra-nationalists are authoritarians who have no understanding of why the early Americans rebelled from the British and why they seceded.

And lot of True Believers believe the Warren Commission’s report on the JFK assassination, as well. Many people don’t want to believe that the national security state assassinated President John F. Kennedy. And that is probably because believing that Kennedy was assassinated by a “lone nut” is safer for some people to believe, regardless of how far-fetched that is.

For the sake of its own parasitic preservation, the national security state had reasons to get rid of Kennedy. He questioned and challenged the legitimacy of their bureaucratic agencies. But unlike the easily manipulable Donald Trump, Kennedy became much less influenced by his national security officers and more influenced by reason and a genuine understanding of what brings about peace. Unlike Trump, Kennedy wanted to get rid of those agencies, such as his wanting to “splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds.”

Is what we have now not only an out of control FBI, CIA, NSA so terrified of Donald Trump becoming President and his acting on his criticisms of the national security state and of the wars that U.S. bureaucrats started, but also an FBI, CIA, NSA so careless in their attempting to stop Trump from becoming President and then carelessly trying to cover it all up?

Mueller And Rosenstein Indict More Russians for Things That Didn’t Happen

Now, I’m not a Trump supporter, as readers already know. But I think the truth is important. The truth is that the Establishment and its media mouthpieces hated Donald Trump because he dared to express criticism of the incompetence and corruption in Washington. Trump was also “uncouth,” to put it mildly, and our betters inside the beltway didn’t like that.

So here’s the latest edition in this long attempt by the Establishment to take down one of their loudest critics. Jeff Sessions’s sidekick at the DOJ, Rod Rosenstein, has announced indictments of 12 Russian military intelligence officers in “hacking” the DNC and the Hillary 2016 campaign. Obviously the timing of special counsel Robert Mueller’s handing out these indictments, just days before Donald Trump is to meet with Vladimir Putin, tells me that the Mueller team might just be making it all up. There is no evidence presented against the Russian military intelligence officers.

And there is no evidence that the DNC was “hacked.”

Former CIA officer Ray McGovern and former NSA agent William Binney wrote that the DNC was not “hacked” but that emails were leaked by an insider, and they wrote further on the holes in the “Russia hacking DNC” narrative.

In this congressional testimony by former FBI director James Comey and former NSA director Mike Rogers, the two both stated that they were not aware of any evidence to show the 2016 election was hacked:

REP. DEVIN NUNES: Thank you, Director Comey.

Admiral Rogers, first I wanna go to you. On January 6th, 2017, the intelligence community assessment assessing Russian activities and intentions in recent U.S. elections, stated that the types of systems Russian actors targeted or compromised were not involved in vote tallying.

So my question as of today, Admiral Rogers, do you have any evidence that Russia cyber actors changed vote tallies in the state of Michigan?

ROGERS: No I do not, but I would highlight we are a foreign intelligence organization, not a domestic intelligence organization. So it would be fair to say, we are probably not the best organization to provide a more complete answer.

NUNES: How about the state of Pennsylvania?

ROGERS: No, sir.

NUNES: The state of Wisconsin?

ROGERS: No, sir.

NUNES: State of Florida?

ROGERS: No, sir.

NUNES: The state of North Carolina?

ROGERS: No, sir.

NUNES: The state of Ohio?

ROGERS: No, sir.

NUNES: So — so you have no intelligence that suggests, or evidence that suggests, any votes were changed?

ROGERS: I have nothing generated by the national security industry, sir.

NUNES: Director Comey, do you have any evidence at the FBI that any votes were changed in the states that I mentioned to Admiral Rogers?

COMEY: No.

And on Meet the Press former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, the one that all the other national security agency heads report to, stated that there was no evidence of Trump-Russia collusions.

Clapper told Chuck Todd: “We did not include any evidence in our report, and I say, ‘our,’ that’s N.S.A., F.B.I. and C.I.A., with my office, the Director of National Intelligence, that had anything, that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians. There was no evidence of that included in our report.”

And Todd asked if the evidence actually exists, and Clapper answered, “Not to my knowledge,” and “we had no evidence of such collusion.”

There has been a lot of testimony in the House and Senate over the past two years of all this. Senators have been repeatedly asked if they have seen any evidence at all to confirm what the media people have been alleging. Senator Chris Coons stated, “I have not seen specific evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials.”

And Sen. Dianne Feinstein, when asked by Wolf Blitzer: “But, I just want to be precise, Senator. In all of the — you have had access from the Intelligence Committee, from the Judiciary Committee, all of the access you have had to very sensitive information, so far you have not seen any evidence of collusion, is that right?” And Feinstein answered, “There are all kinds of rumors around, there are newspaper stories, but that’s not necessarily evidence.” Blitzer asked her, “Do you have evidence that there was in fact collusion between Trump associates and Russia during the campaign?” And Feinstein answered, “Not at this time.”

So anyway, with the timing of all this now, it appears that Rosenstein knew that Republicans in Congress have been considering charging him with contempt of Congress and preparing articles of impeachment against him for refusing to hand over documents which give weight to accusations that the FBI’s Hillary email investigation was a farce and the whole investigation of “Trump-Russia collusions” is made-up by the Establishment parasites in Washington who just wanted to get rid of Donald Trump. Rep. Mark Meadows stated that, “when we get these documents, we believe that it will do away with this whole fiasco of what they call the Russian Trump collusion because there wasn’t any.”

The Mueller Fishing Expedition Conspiracy Continues

This ongoing Mueller sham investigation fishing expedition is really so annoying now, and the mainstream media i.e. government media continue to do their news and discussion in terms of “Russia-Trump collusions” and/or “Russia hacking the election.” I’m sick of it. The NSA director Mike Rogers, James Comey and James Clapper all testified before the Intelligence (sic) Committees that they had not seen any evidence of the aforementioned collusions or election hacking. And Senators who are part of those committees such as Dianne Feinstein told media they had not seen any evidence. There was no evidence of any crime at the very beginning of all this, only emails that were leaked to WikiLeaks and Trump campaign flunkies meeting with foreigners, which campaigns do all the time, and it’s not illegal. FISA warrants were obtained unlawfully by the FBI/DOJ lying to the judge and withholding critical information to get the FISA requests approved. The “collusions” and “hacking or stealing the election” accusations were all based on made-up assertions by those members of the government and the government media who hate Trump and didn’t want to see him be President. The investigation was started not because evidence existed that indicated a crime was committed, but because  members of the “intelligence (sic) community” and the government media hated Trump and wanted to take him down as President. So the process for frame-ups and entrapments thus begun.

And that’s my take on all that. And I’m not a Trump supporter. He’s wrong on trade, immigration, foreign policy, and just about everything else.

Anyway, Zero Hedge has this article on the “London-to-Langley spy (on Trump campaign) ring,” with its roots in the Obama administration. And John Solomon of The Hill has this article attempting to connect some more dots regarding the London connection and the informants/spies we’ve been hearing about just recently. And I’ve already linked to this “collusion against Trump” timeline by Sharyl Attkisson, but I’ll link to it again anyway.

I don’t expect the DOJ under the corrupt moron Jeff Sessions to do anything about all this, and the #2 in charge of the Russia investigation Rod Rosenstein is one of those hacks who signed on to the unlawful FISA warrants. So if Congress doesn’t get moving on its own investigations of the conspiracy against Trump, and if the Democrats take over Congress in November, then these crooks, Rosenstein, Loretta Lynch, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, James Clapper, John Brennan, Sally Yates, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and more, will get away with their conspiracy and Trump will no doubt be entrapped and impeached on made-up charges.

James Comey, Mueller, FBI Not All That Different from J. Edgar Hoover Days

WND has an article on the fired FBI director James Comey supposedly coordinating with FBI on anti-Trump testimony. And Zero Hedge has an article suggesting that the FBI hid a mole in the Trump campaign. WSJ’s Kimberly Strassel believes that she knows who the informant is, but hasn’t gotten intelligence sources to confirm it. In other words, the FBI probably did spy on the Trump campaign, just as it and the rest of the national security state spy on many campaigns, and infiltrate activist groups such as Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party movement. Nothing new here.

Mueller Investigation Update: But Who Will Investigate the Investigators?

Special Bureaucrat Robert Mueller has gotten the FBI to raid the New York office of Donald Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, seizing many, many documents and records. Some people are speculating that Mueller has caused this new extension of the “Russia Collusion” investigation to bait Trump into firing Mueller, so the anti-Trump forces can use that as an excuse to charge Trump with “obstruction.” This makes me now wonder whether the deputy attorney general Rod Rosenstein’s urging Trump to fire then-FBI director James Comey might itself have been Rosenstein’s own attempt to bait Trump into an “obstruction” charge. Rosenstein was the DOJ official who signed off on the questionable FISA surveillance of Carter Page.

This whole Trump-Russia investigation by Mueller is a banana-republic, kangaroo investigation. There was no crime that was ever being investigated. Instead, it was an investigation (more accurately a “witch hunt”) in search of a crime. The Mueller team and FBI entrapped Mike Flynn into a “lying to the FBI” charge, and indicted some other people for things not really having anything to do with Donald Trump. But they did indict some politically-uninvolved Russians in a marketing scheme.

But, it appears that Donald Trump will not be interviewed by Mueller after many months that Trump said he would talk to him. Had Trump done that, it is obvious that Mueller and his team would have probably entrapped Trump in the same way as previous entrapment victims, and that would be their way to impeachment. But obviously, now that there won’t be that opportunity for Mueller, and his investigation of “Trump-Russia collusions” are coming up with nothing, that means Mueller has to do desperate things like getting the FBI to raid Trump’s lawyer’s office.

In all the materials the FBI stole from the lawyer’s office, I am sure they will find something to use as evidence against Trump in some minor technical violation, as well as perhaps other clients whose information is also contained in the seized material. This is a fishing-expedition-based-on-politics on steroids. Anything that comes of this, any indictments, should be taken to the U.S. Supreme Court, and if cases are rubber-stamped, then there is no more “attorney-client privilege.” (Just like with ObamaCare, no more doctor-patient confidentiality, etc.)

But now the DOJ inspector general Michael Horowitz has released his initial report that former deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe lied to investigators on several occasions in the ongoing Mueller investigation. The inspector general will release further reports on FBI shenanigans associated with the 2016 election and the Trump-Russia probe.

Andrew McCabe was closely involved in the changes made to the language of a statement by James Comey on whether to charge Hillary Clinton with any crimes involving her email scandal. The investigators changed the words “gross negligence” (which is a legal term in which they would have to have indicted Clinton), to the words “extremely careless,” which removes criminal responsibility. This was allegedly done intentionally to save Hillary from being a jailbird.

So while the Mueller Russia investigation has been a farce and a political witch hunt toward the goal of taking down Trump as President, the real scandal and the real criminality is pervasive involving the apparatchiks of the FBI and DOJ. But the corrupt attorney general, Jeff Sessions says there will not be a second special counsel to investigate all the corruption.

These conservatives discuss the corruption of FBI investigators and the call for a second special counsel.

Now, I stand by what I wrote in my previous post, that these guys wouldn’t be discussing this on conservative news shows had it been the Bush DOJ and FBI attempting to interfere with the Obama election. That is because these conservatives are partisan Republicans and more important they have been constant defenders of the national security state, the DOJ, FBI including J. Edgar Hoover, and all the rest. But, at least they are discussing these issues now.

Meanwhile, the bamboozled public really believes this Mueller investigation is legitimate. Most people really believe the “Russia-Russia-Russia” propaganda, just as they believe the current warmongering propaganda to get public approval of Trump ordering the bombing of Syria.

The Kangaroo Mueller “Investigation” Has Indicted Russians

So besides entrapping Mike Flynn and getting him to plead guilty to lying to the FBI (even though he didn’t actually lie), “special counsel” Robert Mueller has now released new indictments against Russians for “conspiracy to defraud the United States” and “conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud.”

Moon of Alabama writes:

The published indictment gives support to our long held believe that there was no “Russian influence” campaign during the U.S. election. What is described and denounced as such was instead a commercial marketing scheme which ran click-bait websites to generate advertisement revenue and created online crowds around virtual persona to promote whatever its commercial customers wanted to promote. The size of the operation was tiny when compared to the hundreds of millions in campaign expenditures. It had no influence on the election outcome.

The indictment is fodder for the public to prove that the Mueller investigation is “doing something”. It distracts from further questioning  the origin of the Steele dossier. It is full of unproven assertions and assumptions. It is a sham in that none of the Russian persons or companies indicted will ever come in front of a U.S. court. That is bad because the indictment is build on the theory of a new crime which, unless a court throws it out, can be used to incriminate other people in other cases and might even apply to this blog. The later part of this post will refer to that.

Moon goes into lengthy description of how the whole Russian operation really was just a click-bait scheme. There were no “Russian influence on the U.S. election” and no “collusions” with the Trump campaign. And chances are that no Russians will see any trial as they will probably not be extradited to the U.S.

And these indictments were so important that Mueller’s team announced their catch on a Friday afternoon. That should tell us something. The whole Mueller “investigation” was a sham from the very beginning as there was no actual crime that was being investigated — it was a fishing expedition in search of a “crime” or something to make up (like Mike Flynn “lying” to the FBI) to justify an illegitimate investigation.

The fact is, Donald Trump went through a long campaign constantly trashing the national security state (a.k.a. “deep state”) and trashing the Iraq war and other foreign policy blunders, and the apparatchiks of the “deep state” (CIA, FBI, NSA, the Pentacon, etc.) didn’t like that, in the same way they didn’t like JFK saying he wanted to “splinter the CIA in a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds” and all that.

Well, I am not sure that the Rethuglicans in Congress (such as Trey Gaudy, Devin Nunes, etc.) are really serious in getting the WHOLE TRUTH about this sham kangaroo investigation out there, and going after the real colluders and conspirators against the U.S. and the Constitution. And that is because those Rethugs LOVE the national security state so much, they love the police state and the surveillance state so much, that telling the whole truth about what criminals we have working for those agencies would mean possibly the end of such a racket in Washington. They don’t want to do that. And so they will not do anything this year. If the Democrats regain control over CONgress in November, they will impeach Donald Trump based on made-up crap and install the bloodthirsty warvangelical Pence, for an increased police state, more unconstitutional surveillance, more criminal wars, and more bankrupted Washington.

Evidence Shows Hillary Collusions, FBI Collusions, But No Evidence of “Trump Collusions”

There are people who still believe that Donald Trump and his campaign “colluded with Russians” to steal the election away from Hillary Clinton. There has been no evidence of such allegations, as told by members of congressional intelligence committees including Dianne Feinstein, and as told by director of national intelligence James Clapper, CIA director Brennan, FBI director James Comey and others. They all testified that there was no evidence of such allegations. And we know that Mike Flynn’s guilty plea of lying to the FBI was a case of entrapment. There are people who actually believe that Flynn pleaded guilty to “Trump campaign colluding with Russians,” etc. I hear this on the radio constantly in discussions of these issues.

Meanwhile, Democrats are after Jill Stein to release documents which may indicate her involvement in “Russian collusions.” They are clearly going after Stein to punish her for being a threat to Hillary’s chances of getting elected President, in Stein’s challenge from Hillary’s left.

However, what we are not hearing from the mainstream media is regarding the collusions by the “deep state” including the FBI in attempting to interfere with the election on behalf of Hillary! Justin Raimondo details how top FBI officials plotted in that regard. Further info on that from Zero Hedge. And Judicial Watch shows how the State Department plotted with Hillary to remove call records as well as emails in order to obstruct investigations into her shady dealings as Madame Psychopath Secretary. Zero Hedge also details how FBI edits to James Comey’s testimony exonerating Hillary Clinton were for the purpose of “decriminalizing” her activities in which there was evidence to show they were in fact criminal.

And there’s more from Zero Hedge: Ex-Spy chief admits role in “deep state” intelligence war on Trump. And, FBI deputy director cancels testimony, something “far more sinister” with Fusion GPS, a group which fabricated the “Trump dossier” for campaign opposition research against Trump.

As James Bovard wrote recently, yes, the FBI is America’s secret police. In fact, the whole “deep state” is. The FBI, NSA, CIA, and all the rest.
