“Black Lives Matter”: An Extreme Example of Today’s PC Intolerance

The United State of Amerika is now officially a crazy country, It’s literally crazy.

The political correctness run amok now has gone way beyond just being cringe-worthy or a laughingstock. Now the general population, corporation bigwigs, and especially Big Tech have joined the wackos in academia, Hollywood and the lunatic media in their brainwashing regarding racism and all the other “social justice” craziness.

For starters, Twitter and other Big Tech activists want to change words like “master” to something else, because certain words might refer to something (like “slavery”) that might offend someone or “trigger” some kind of emotional discomfort.

Like the realtors who are now changing “master bedroom” to “primary bedroom,” because someone somewhere might think you’re referring to slavery (I know I would think that a realtor is showing me a house in which that bedroom is reserved for the “master” who has actual slaves! Yes, I’m that dumb!).

Now, the loony-tunes at Twitter and elsewhere are going to change, according to CNET,

  • Whitelist becomes allowlist.
  • Blacklist becomes denylist.
  • Master/slave becomes leader/follower, primary/replica or primary/standby.
  • Grandfathered becomes legacy status.
  • Gendered pronouns (for example “guys”) become folks, people, you all, y’all.
  • Gendered pronouns (for example “he” or “his”) become they or their.
  • Man hours becomes person hours or engineer hours.
  • Sanity check becomes quick check, confidence check or coherence check.
  • Dummy value becomes placeholder value or sample value.

Those last two are obvious, because they might refer to how CRAZY these people are!

And “Black Lives Matter” now, with the protests, the vandalism, the violence, rioting and looting and burning down businesses, etc. What are they protesting? Police brutality? “Systemic racism”? Yep, there has been so much “systemic racism,” especially since all the Jim Crow laws were repealed 56 years ago, and look at all the affirmative action programs at all the college campuses and in the corporate world. All those black people being discriminated against in academia and business. It’s too much.

Because of all the “systemic racism” in USSA, Donald Trump’s tax cuts elicited the largest increase in employment for black Americans in history, giving black people JOBS so they can provide for themselves and their families. Such prosperity for black people was an insult to the outdated and fixated race activists that the extra-crazed statists among them had to take those jobs away from those black Americans! Wall Street sell-offs in February (as soon as the impeachment trial ended) and fascist governors ordering businesses closed. So much for all those new jobs for black people.

So anyway, I understand the anguish people feel when a white cop shoots, kills, assaults or harasses a black person. As I wrote in an earlier post, de-monopolizing community policing away from government control and greatly reducing the number of laws on the books (i.e. ending the war on drugs) would help a great deal toward resolving that issue.

But this stuff with tearing down statues because they refer to slavery, like doing that will really erase history from reality? That’s nutso.

Can’t you just walk by a goddamn statue and ignore it? It’s just a statue, it’s just sitting there, an inanimate object, not hurting anyone. And if someone is so fragile that he feels so upset seeing a statue, then maybe some therapy would be helpful.

And what about Jews? Do Jews feel upset if something refers to the Holocaust? What about the Holocaust memorial museum? Should that be taken down? Because it upsets Jews? It sure upsets me. It’s constantly reminding me that Hitler murdered millions of Jews. I just can’t handle such triggering. And maybe we should ban gas ovens as well? Wait, you’re going in the shower? That’s triggering me. Let’s remove all references to “Hitler” and “Nazi” from the history books, because that’s upsetting.

Nope. I don’t hear any Jews protesting at the Holocaust museums and telling the owners to close them down, and I don’t see Jews picketing Home Depot for selling gas ovens.

I know, some people don’t like my comparison, but I’m merely demonstrating how absurd all the irrational complaining and worrying about statues are.

And then there are the useful idiots getting on their knees and washing other people’s feet — how gross.

Recently, a University of Massachusetts nursing school dean was fired because she wrote in an email, “everyone’s life matters.” Can you believe that? So “Only Black Lives Matter” is what people are supposed to say, not “ALL lives” or “Everyone’s Life,” but “ONLY Black Lives.” And White Lives? We know the answer to that.

I refuse to say “Black Lives Matter,” because not all black lives matter, nor do all white lives matter, as far as I’m concerned. For example, a black comedian-actor, who is currently in prison because he drugged up women and then took advantage of them while they were unconscious. Now, what kind of sicko would do that? So as far as I’m concerned, if he were to keel over and croak that wouldn’t “matter” to me. The same thing with any perpetrator of violence, aggression or any violation of any victim’s person, life, liberty or property, whether the perpetrator is white or black or Asian or Hispanic, etc.

And the same goes for “Blue Lives Matter” as well. If a cop murders someone in cold blood, or even harasses and terrorizes some innocent person, that cop doesn’t “matter” to me.

I’m not going to put all people of one particular race, skin color, occupation, religion, etc. in a group and say “____ Matters,” because that would be implying all the people in that one particular group.

That is because we are individuals. This group identity obsession is a pathological cult now, the cult of identity politics, especially race and gender.

I stand for the victim of any act of aggression perpetrated by any aggressor. I touched on this in another post last week. I don’t stand with “Black Lives Matter” if some of its members terrorize a neighborhood, burn down businesses, break into businesses and loot from them, just as I don’t stand with the U.S. military when its members invade a foreign country, terrorize its people, break into homes and businesses and steal from them and rape and shoot and kill their people.

By the way, Sharyl Attkisson points out some of the black-on-white violent attacks that have taken place associated with “racism” protests, and she provides some disturbing videos as well.

Regarding the University of Massachusetts nursing school dean who was fired for writing “Everyone’s Life Matters,” Jonathan Turley wrote about that and pointed out how a lot of university faculty members all across the country are afraid to speak out against the censorship and purging of those who said or wrote politically-incorrect, officially-unapproved, and even non-offensive things. This is way not good in a free society. Academic freedom used to be the policy on college campuses, but it seems to be no more. Now the policy is a totalitarian, Archie Bunker-style intolerance (“Stifle yourself, Edith!), yes, just like the “right-wing neanderthals” of the past.

Is it really a good idea to suggest that black lives matter more than other, non-black lives? Why does it seem like Black Lives Matter doesn’t think that all black lives matter? Why is it offensive to suggest that “ALL lives matter,” or that “Everyone’s life matters”? It isn’t offensive, and it’s absurd to think that it is. And why is every little thing so offensive to people that we have to have censorship, Nazi-like book burnings, statue destruction and firing people for saying something totally innocent? What is wrong with people?

How Ignorant Are the Rioters, Statue-Topplers, and Race-Based Censors?

Charles Burris with a post on marauders and vandals going after the Tadeusz Kościuszko monument in Washington DC. He quotes the article he links to about Tadeusz Kościuszko:

Kościuszko also fought for the rights of national and racial minorities. In his will, he donated a portion of his estate to free black slaves belonging to Thomas Jefferson, one of the founding fathers of the United States. However, Jefferson did not fulfil Kościuszko’s testament.

Kościuszko also bequeathed sums for the education of freed Afro-American slaves to enable them to function normally in society. According to many historians, he was ahead of his time with this will.

And supposedly “Uncle Ben’s” rice will change its name and logo, because of “racial stereotypes,” even though the guy “Uncle Ben” was a prominent black farmer in Texas, not a manual laborer but the owner of his business selling great rice to millers. The makers of “Uncle Ben’s” are caving to ignorance and irrationality by changing the product’s name for no good reason.

So much for education in Amerika.

Anti-Capitalist Corporate Amerika

Robert Wenzel with a post on corporations aiming to boycott Fakebook, but not for the right reasons, no, for very wrong reasons. It’s because Fakebook is not censoring “hate speech” enough. Of course, one person’s “hate speech” is another person’s “normal speech.” The anti-“hate speechers” tend to be those who think that “hate speech” means speech that criticizes the gubmint, or that criticizes or makes fun of stupid, silly people, like Hillary Rotten Clinton, or Ronald McDonald Trump, or entities such as Fakebook.

In my view, there is no need for censorship of so-called “hate speech.” This is why those platforms have something called “comments” sections, so that if you do disagree with the post, you can write something on there yourself and explain your disagreement. But the censorship/book-burning Nazis don’t agree with me there. They just want to ban speech that isn’t what they have been trained by their elders or teachers to be acceptable and tolerable.

Wenzel writes: “More than 150 companies have decided to stop advertising spending on Facebook for the month, including Verizon, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Honda, Lending Club, Ben and Jerry’s and The North Face.” Humph. I have a great jacket by North Face that I got at TJ Maxx. Oh, well.

Wenzel also mentions that the anti-capitalist movement is also going after Target for calling cops on black shoplifters. Does this mean they don’t call the cops on white shoplifters? I find that very hard to believe. If I had a store, I’d call the cops on anyone who is stealing from me. Couldn’t care less what your skin color is. What matters is what you do. Shame on shoplifters.

Corporate Amerika should take its nose out of social activism, and stick with attempting to provide the best products and services so that our standard of living can go back up following the current decline that was caused by brainwashed social activists.

A Decline in Readership in Last Few Months

I’ve had this blog for over 11 years now. And I’ve contributed maybe about 150 or so articles to several other websites. There have been times that I get a lot of views for one post or article, but in recent months my “stats” have not been good. This is especially the case since my web host service was purchased by a different one, and my blog/website was moved over to a new server in January. I guess this blog was offline for a day, and maybe some people assumed that it was down permanently?

You can see the graph of the stats crash suddenly on the day of that server change on January 9th. And it doesn’t seem to have recovered.

screenshot of January crash

The views/visitors increased a little by March, but since March it’s been way low, so I’m not sure if I want to keep doing this if there aren’t that many readers.

I did recently add the HTTPS for supposedly “enhanced security” for what it’s worth.

I know that I haven’t written or posted something every day like I should. I need more time in one day, and I also spend a lot of time going over my writing and proofreading.

Another explanation is that I had done a lot of writing on the COVID scamdemic in recent months, and maybe some people had been hearing about COVID over and over and over on their local news media, on social media, and they are sick of it. Perhaps they don’t want to read about it here, I don’t know.

Another issue is that many people “trust” and believe their local mainstream news on TV and radio. When they see a blog post that talks about governors ordering businesses closed as “fascism,” and immoral/criminal, that is not what they’ve been hearing on a daily basis, hour after hour, minute by minute. They have been hearing, “Order businesses must be closed, people must stay in, for our own good, to save lives, prevent spreading,” because a lot of people believe the propaganda. But when someone who is sensible and goes over the actual facts of the situation that is contrary to what people have been hearing from their mainstream news, some just don’t want to hear that!

So, another problem might be that. And there is also the issue of my lack of “wokeness,” and my criticism of political correctness, censorship, etc. So things that I write in those areas also go against the brainwashing propaganda that many especially younger people are getting now, in the terrible government schools, social media, pop culture.

So, I’ll try to write more, but with the mass censorship of truth, the erasing of history and book-burning we are seeing now, like in Nazi Germany, just those trends in Amerika are quite discouraging. I think people should stop watching TV, at the very least.

Turley on the Mob Cultural Revolution Hysteria

Law professor Jonathan Turley has a terrific article on the cultural revolution taking place right now, with brainwashed activists tearing down statues and defacing historical artifacts and getting college professors fired for saying something that their apparent betters of the millennial generation disapprove of, as well as getting people in business fired, and bloggers and website owners “deplatformed.” it is a revolution of hysteria, intolerance and criminal harassment of innocent people. (I’m not familiar with “Gab,” an apparent new alternative for Twitter and Fakebook, but I hope Gab’s CEO Andrew Torba is able to sue Visa for what that company is doing, if true.)

“Hate Speech” Is Not a Crime

Robert Wenzel has this post on Rand Paul being the only U.S. Senator who is holding up an “anti-lynching” bill, and Wenzel includes several tweets by ignorant people who aren’t considering Paul’s objections. However, I don’t think that Rand Paul himself is understanding why such a bill is objectionable.

Wenzel posts the relevant section of the bill:

(1) Offenses involving actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin.–Whoever, whether or not acting under color of law, willfully causes bodily injury to any person or, through the use of fire, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person– (A) shall be imprisoned not more than 10 years, fined in accordance with this title, or both;

Rand Paul’s objection, as quoted in Wenzel’s post, is that the bill will “conflate someone who has an altercation where they had minor bruises, with lynching…” and “would allow altercations resulting in a cut, abrasion, bruise, or any other injury no matter how temporary to be subject to a 10-year penalty…”

Now, Merriam-Webster online defines “lynch” as “to put to death (as by hanging) by mob action without legal approval or permission,” so, just as I had thought, lynching someone involves killing someone, and usually by hanging.

I agree with Rand Paul’s conclusions. However, that’s not the real problem with this new bill that apparently 99 ignorant Senators are supporting.

The real problem is that it is a “hate crime” bill. With the other “hate crime” laws and even the Civil Rights Act, these acts of legislation are criminalizing thought, feelings, and perceptions.

But thoughts, feelings and perceptions are not crimes.

In that proposed Senate bill that Rand Paul is holding up, “Offenses involving actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin…”And, “attempts to cause bodily injury to any person, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person…”

So “hate crime” laws criminalize how someone thinks of someone else or something. Sorry. Only make it a crime to actually DO something to someone else that involves an act of physical aggression (or actual threat thereof). But for decades now the U.S. and the world has gotten out of control in going beyond condemning someone for racist, anti-Semitic or otherwise “offensive” speech or expression, but criminalizing such thoughts. (Jonathan Turley wrote a recent post on the criminalization of thought and speech.)

So, the police officer who murdered some guy committed that act of killing someone. It may be relevant to the case that the officer did so because of racist sentiment (if that were the case), but the racist sentiment itself is not a crime.

It is not a crime to be an ignorant hater of others based on race, whether the haters are black and hate whites or whether the haters are whites who hate blacks. Hate is not a crime. it is an emotion, an attitude, a mentality. I don’t condone that, by the way. The only people I hate, if I do hate anybody, are politicians and bureaucrats. They are scum.

Related to that stuff, Wenzel also has a post on the entertaining “civil war” going on within the New York Times. Some of the staff of the Times were apparently triggered by the microaggressions of neanderthal Sen. Tom Cotton who wrote an op-ed promoting Trump sending military in to deal with protests.

Some at the Times are saying there is an “Old Guard” there concerned with civil liberties, vs. the younger crowd concerned with being “woke,” and “social justice,” i.e. being irrational kooks far removed from reality.

Wenzel quoted some of Times staffer Bari Weiss’s tweets, including, especially: “The New Guard has a different worldview, one articulated best by @JonHaidt and @glukianoff . They call it ‘safetyism,’ in which the right of people to feel emotionally and psychologically safe trumps what were previously considered core liberal values, like free speech.”

Sorry, Ms. Weiss, no one has a “right” to “feel emotionally and psychologically safe.” (Keyword “feel.”) And thus, it has been implied, the millions of brainwashed “woke” millennial sheeple have a “right” to silence other people through censorship or violence, those others who have the guilt of “offending” or of causing the snowflakes some sort of anguish merely by speaking one’s mind or by expressing an opposing or dissenting point of view.

“Anti-racism” has gotten to the point that millions of brainwashed sheeple just couldn’t stand to hear Trump brag about how his policies (signing tax cuts into law and deregulation) resulted in the lowest unemployment rates for black Americans in history, so some of the more powerful “anti-racist” Trump-haters got into the “lockdown” business-closure mentality causing some of those same black Americans to LOSE their jobs, and now the “anti-racist” activists burning down or looting from entire businesses which effected in even MORE job losses of black Americans!

Talk about Stupid! You ignorant “anti-racist” activists have caused black Americans to lose their jobs!

It’s real craziness now. Our society apparently hasn’t learned anything when it comes to “Civil Rights,” and yes, TOLERANCE! That is, tolerance of dissenting or disagreeing points of view.

And how awful that the younger generation are being brainwashed to tolerate actual physical violence against innocent people and their property, homes and businesses (such as in the ongoing riots), but NOT tolerate speech or thinking that is “unapproved.” Not good.

The COVID “Social Justice” Psy-Op Continues

Now first of all, much of what we have been hearing from mainstream news media on COVID is propaganda. It’s mostly fear-mongering and shilling for Big Pharma. So the best thing to do is to stop watching TV.

On talk radio, which is supposedly an alternative to government-media propaganda, there are also sheeple and spokespeople for the government. For instance, Sean Hannity seems to be going along with the official narrative, the mask mandates and social distancing, and his at least implying that COVID is more serious than a flu or cold. Hannnity praises the corrupt and dishonest Dr. Fauci as well. And Glenn Beck is not as bad as Hannity, but he’s close. Bill O’Reilly frequently appears on their radio shows and he and Beck and Hannity, especially Hannity, have been discussing the COVID and societal shut-down in the context of the official narrative, like they either believe it all or they are just dishonest propagandists, or both. (I think that Hannity besides being gullible and ignorant is also probably a shill for the pharmaceutical companies, who sponsor a lot of Fox Snooze shows.)

However, on talk radio Rush Limbaugh and Howie Carr have been much more common sense and challenging of the official narrative. By the way, Limbaugh had said earlier this year that he was hospitalized with the flu (not related to his lung cancer diagnosis). Hmmm, I wonder if that “flu” was really COVID-19? Has he been tested for the COVID antibodies?

So anyway, here’s a common utterance by the bamboozled sheeple: “If I get coronavirus COVID-19, I’m going to die.” Sadly, a lot of people think that, as though the death rate is like Ebola which has a 90% death rate, even though COVID-19 has a death rate or infection fatality rate of .1%. No, not 1%, but .1%. That’s one-tenth of 1%.

But because of daily propaganda, “COVID = Ebola.” (Therefore, PANIC!!!!)

And then we have the lies about “COVID deaths.” The CDC changed its guidelines (.pdf, CDC link) to say in essence that if someone died of heart disease, kidney failure or other illnesses, then officials are putting “COVID” or “Coronavirus” on death certificates not only if the patient happened to test positive for coronavirus, but also if the patient was never even tested.

As I posted previously, Project Veritas had a video of funeral directors in New York claiming that they are putting “COVID” on all the death certificates regardless of facts. Just today, in fact, I happened to hear a talk radio show and a caller said his parent died of dementia last week, and they received the death certificate which said “coronavirus” as the cause of death, even though the deceased parent had “tested negative” for the virus.

And in Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Half-Baker keeps talking about decisions on whether to “reopen” the state based on the “science” and the “data.” He’s FOS. That state has been following the CDC guidelines to make things up, saying that an “infection” is someone who is “likely” infected with the coronavirus even without “laboratory confirmation,” i.e. making it up.

So the official death toll now in the U.S. is not 89,000, it’s much less than that. They are lying and cheating, these government bureaucrats. And then there is the Medicare fraud aspect, in which the federal government is bribing hospitals to put “COVID” as cause of death and for each “COVID” death the hospital receives more money. It is a virtual pandemic, as Jon Rappoport would put it.

But people continue to panic and hide, and continue with the paranoia. Yet, with the infection rate being so widespread now according to Stanford University and University of Miami, most of the people who have the virus will have no symptoms at all or just mild, flu or cold symptoms. A tiny percentage will have to be hospitalized.

So there’s no POINT to testing everyone or vaccinating everyone, especially given the flawed and inaccurate testing, the false positives and false negatives, and there’s no point to doing “contact tracing,” except to invade people’s privacy. There’s no point to rushing an untested and unsafe vaccine to market or worse mandating it on people. And there’s no point to taking everyone’s temperature before entering a business or concert event or sporting event. All of that is actually absurd now.

How many people have been terrorized by the fear-mongering propaganda and panic-incitement that when they have a little cough or cold symptoms they are convinced they have COVID-19 (and will 100% DIE!) so they rush to the hospital unnecessarily?

And then there are the ventilators, which Jon Rappoport has referred to (that I have linked to before) with the list of lung damage issues that the ventilators could cause. Those problems include oxygen toxicity, as well as bacteria from the ventilator causing pneumonia, and blood clotting, too. (Haven’t we been hearing lately about “COVID” patients having blood clots? As though the COVID is causing the blood clots? How many of those blood clot sufferers were put on the ventilator?)

How many people were put on ventilators who then died because the ventilators killed them and not the coronavirus? Have you even heard about any of those things? Probably not (if you only get your news from TV, that is).

And what about this “flattening the curve” crap? The hospitals have not been overrun by sick COVID victims, many hospitals have been less-than capacity, because, in the end, the numbers of COVID victims have been exaggerated, and especially because a lot of heart attack victims, stroke victims and other people with emergencies have been staying home (and dying that way) out of fear of getting COVID-19 from the hospital, a fear which is unfounded because most COVID-19 patients survive and have mainly mild symptoms.

The politicians and their spokespeople in the “news” media continue to refer to the crashed economy, the higher unemployment rate, and food shortages as “caused by the virus” or by the “pandemic,” which is all a further lie. All those things were caused by fascist governors ordering businesses shut down, which caused the job losses and bankruptcies. And making people have to stay home and not go out.

So what the criminal governors have done is not only the aforementioned, but also all the extra stress they have caused millions of people, and all the added illnesses, strokes and heart attacks, the depression and suicides. No, the “pandemic” didn’t cause all those things, and “coronavirus” didn’t cause all those things, you lying apparatchiks in the media!

Whether or not this has all been planned and on purpose, it does create a large opening for communists including AOC, Elizabeth Warren Liawatha, the Obamas and Clintons, Bernie Sanders et al., who want the government to run all the industries in society. And they are exploiting this manufactured crisis as much as possible. Their “stimulus” packages — which the idiot Trump has been supporting and signing on to, by the way — are incentivizing people to not be productive, a basic principle of communist societies.

In their crazed, brainwashed belief in government authority and government management, despite all empirical evidence proving otherwise, they really believe that government can run everything (or anything).

There are also those who have been wanting to kill the economy, kill productivity and jobs, and out of envy and resentment of Donald Trump’s “successes,” which were achieved via tax cuts and deregulation mostly. The apparatchik governors — especially Andrew Cuomo and Charlie Half-Baker, in my view — hate Trump so much they don’t care how much destruction they cause as long as the economy is bad by election time and Trump would more likely lose the election. (Sean Hannity and those other radio sheeple are the apparatchiks’ unwitting enablers, by the way.)

So this whole thing is a part of a “social justice” i.e. social control, social engineering agenda. (Now, if you think that or anything I’ve mentioned so far is “conspiratorial,” then you have been watching too much TV, and you need to turn it off!)

Getting millions of slaves to wear a mask that may be harmful to their lungs and brains, making people be “6 feet apart!” Making grocery stores or other businesses put tapes on the floor “6 feet!” apart and/or only allow curbside pickup, and all for NO GOOD REASON! Making people be paranoid, afraid to get near someone else, turning people into social-distance stasi robots. It’s all CRAZY!

And saying that liquor stores are “essential” while churches and other businesses are “non-essential.” (Well, they are right, however, to say that government schools are non-essential and must be closed, and in fact should be abolished outright!)

And speaking of the upcoming Presidential election, look at all the cheating that one particular side wants to do. Especially with mail-in voting, i.e. ballot harvesting and ballot stuffing. All the little cheating devices. And “Rank Choice” voting to intentionally confuse the voters. They lust for POWER!

So we have the brainwashed “social justice”/climate crusade zombies who are True Believers in their government control agenda mixed in with the power-lusting power-grabbers who just love government power and control over others and who crave the power to impose their social engineering fantasies on others and who will stop at nothing to get that centralized power and control.

And then there’s the freedom of speech issue. Besides the biased propaganda and self-censorship practiced by the moonstream media, the brainwashed zombies are imposing censorship via YouTube, Google, Facebook and Twitter of alternative and skeptical views (i.e. non-climate change crusade, non-SJW, non-government worship, etc.) so that the masses are not exposed to the facts, ideas, history and economics that inform one to actually reject the irrational (i.e. climate change crusade, SJW, government worship, etc.).

And to conclude this, I believe that another reason for the mask mandates is that the mask symbolizes a stifling of free speech. I look around and see all the sheeple with a mask covering their faces and their mouths, like it symbolizes “Shut up — Don’t talk back to government rulers imposing draconian totalitarian controls onto you!” and so on.
