Like Trump, Alexandria Obama-Chavez Against Economic Freedom

Thomas DiLorenzo says that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez embraces the Nazi Party platform of 1920. He writes,

Mike Rozeff reports that the clueless communist congresswoman from New York, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, has decided that her latest attack on economic freedom would be an attack on Total Wine and Spirits, a great store that sells every kind of alcoholic beverage (and food as well) much cheaper than your typical mom-and-pop state-regulated cartel liquor store.  After costing her district thousands of good-paying jobs with Amazon by scaring them away with threats of tax and regulatory harassment, she now opposes the opening up of Total Wine in her district, costing it even more jobs and protecting the local government-regulated-and-controlled liquor cartel.

Her hatred of large retailers is nearly identical to one of the 25 planks of the Nazi Party Platform of 1920, officially called the “Platform of the National Socialist German Workers Party.”  Plank #16 of the Nazi “platform” said:  “We demand . . . the immediate communalization [i.e., government takeover] of the large department stores, which are to be leased at low rates to small tradesmen.”  The general theme of the Nazi Platform, stated near the end, is that “we fight against the Jewish materialistic spirit,” i.e., capitalism.  To the Nazis the Jews were symbols of German capitalism which, as good socialists, they wanted to destroy (and they did by nationalizing all heavy industry and de facto nationalizing all the rest with totalitarian regulations, controls, and mandates).

At least we now know where Ocasio-Cortez’s wealthy Silicon Valley financiers and puppet masters are getting some of their ideas.  One wonders what her Jewish New York constituents think of this.

The Mass Shootings – And, Are “Conspiracy Theorists” Terrorists? (Updated)

Once again, this past weekend there were two mass shootings, in El Paso, Texas and in Dayton, Ohio, resulting in 29 deaths and many injuries.

I have already addressed many times here the fact that quite a few of the mass murders in the past 15 or 20 years were by people having been on those psychiatric drugs, including antidepressants. Now, I am not saying that people taking psychiatric drugs become mass killers. But I am saying that most of the mass murders that have happened in all these recent years now, coincidentally, happen to have been committed by someone taking those drugs. But the mainstream media don’t want to reveal that fact because the pharmaceutical companies are some of the news outlets’ biggest sponsors.

But that is not what I wanted to discuss in this post. This morning I heard someone on the radio talking about the El Paso shooter’s “manifesto,” that he published online prior to his shooting spree at the Walmart, in which all weekend the news media were referring to it as a manifesto of “racist white supremacy” and anti-Mexican and “pro-Trump.” However, the person on the radio was saying that the manifesto also included the alleged shooter’s being big on the climate change stuff, like we’ve only got 12 years (as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes), and other typically left-wing nonsense.

So, given that the alleged shooter’s manifesto mixes anti-Mexican, anti-Hispanic, anti-immigrant racism and white supremacy with leftist ideological claptrap, if that is true, it is very hard to believe what we are being told by the media.

And then I see a post by Kurt Nimmo who sees some coincidences between this shooting (or these shootings including the Dayton shooting by an alleged left-wing Elizabeth Warren supporter) and the other recent shootings including the synagogue shooters in California and Pittsburgh, and the New Zealand shooting.

Those events and the timing of the FBI’s recently telling us about “conspiracy theorists” being associated with terrorism, i.e. “anti-government” critics and journalists writing about the corruption and criminality in Washington as = terrorists, in order to psy-op the public to reject even considering a non-mainstream media-promulgated perspective of events. For example, “Russia-Russia-Russia” — when it turns out that the U.S. government and Congress had zero evidence to prove any connection between the Trump campaign and Russia, and also had zero evidence that Russia hacked the DNC computers and emails or that they were even hacked at all.

So given what Nimmo is saying about the FBI’s attempts to psy-op the public regarding “conspiracy theorists,” and these incidents, I have no confidence at all that the FBI will ever get cleaned up after the Russiagate fiasco that’s gone on for 3 years in which spooks and goons from various national security agencies attempted to frame up Donald Trump in conspiring with the Russian government to illegitimately get elected President. The FBI’s Chris Wray is just another Regime apparatchik.

I have no hope that thug James Comey, commie John Brennan, “Strzok and Page,” Andrew McCabe and Rod Rosenstein et al. will be held accountable. The ones who fraudulently signed FISA application warrants and knowingly lied to judges to get them to sign on to the warrants will not face prosecution. Right now, the FBI is working to double down on its cover-up and working on a psy-op of the public to dismiss those who have exposed the Russiagate criminality as “conspiracy theorists” who = “terrorist” because the honest journalists dare to expose the regime. (And I don’t believe Sean Hannity and Andrew McCarthy and Joe deGenova etc. in their saying that people definitely will be held accountable. It doesn’t look good right now.)

UPDATE: An August 1st article: Justice Department declines to prosecute Comey over memos, and further info in this article.

UPDATE II: (It gets worse.) FBI director Wray welcomes Peter Strzok back to FBI.

Trump’s “Racist Tweets,” And Pressley Ordering Black People to Only Have a “Black Voice”

Before I address the Dear Leader’s series of “racist tweets” directed at 4 “congresswomen of color,” Ayanna Pressley, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib, I wanted to first respond to some comments made by Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Marxachusetts).

This past weekend, Pressley spoke to some people and she stated, “This is the time to shake that table. … We don’t need any more brown faces that don’t want to be a brown voice. We don’t need any more black faces that don’t want to be a black voice…”

I really don’t understand what it is with these people on the left who seem to be extremely obsessed with race and skin color. Why does Pressley insist that someone with a “brown or black face” MUST be a “brown voice,” or a “black voice”?

And what exactly is a “black voice”? What if a black person wants to go to Washington and express a voice of FREEDOM, regardless of race?

And who the hell cares about skin color?! Does this mean that I should refer to Ayanna Pressley as Black Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, since she finds it so important to be a “black face with a black voice”? How about calling her a “Congressblack”?

Even the Congressional Black Carcass is siding with Madame Establishment Speaker Pelosi against the four “Congresswomen of color.”

But seriously, if I were a black person going to Congress, I would be a voice for freedom, regardless of what my skin color is. Repeal each and every drug law and abolish the DEA, repeal the income tax and abolish the IRS, dismantle the entire national security state and get rid of the evil CIA, FBI, NSA, DHS, TSA, and all the rest of them. Those totalitarian agencies violate the lives, liberty and property of black people, white people, Hispanic people, Irish, Italian, everyone.

Why are the people on the left so obsessed with race and skin color? And gender and sexuality as well?

Now about Donald Trump’s “racist tweets.” He basically said that those four Congresswomenpeople should go back to the countries they came from, even though three of the four were born in the U.S. and all 4 are U.S. citizens.

Divided into three tweets, The Donald wrote, “So interesting to see ‘Progressive’ Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world (if they even have a functioning government at all), now loudly……….and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how……..it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough. I’m sure that Nancy Pelosi would be very happy to quickly work out free travel arrangements!”

So obviously Trump doesn’t understand the First Amendment, which explicitly protects the right of the people to criticize their government and propose changes to it and to its policies. Duh, Donald.

After all, wasn’t it Trump throughout the whole 2016 campaign who was criticizing just about everything that Bush and Obama had been doing and their terrible policies and wars and all that? So maybe Trump should go back to where HE came from, and “help fix the totally broken and crime infested places,” etc., etc. (And where is Trump from again? Oh yeah, that foreign regime of New York City.)

More Brainwashed Loony-Tunes

Yes, Donald Trump is horrible when it comes to immigration, trade, the war on drugs, and many other socialist/fascist policies. He LOVES government central planning. But the people on the left are getting worse and worse, as they, too, go after innocent people, and are becoming increasingly “unhinged,” and crazed.

In a recent spat via Twitter and interviews, Speaker Nancy Lugosi seemed to scold four of her fellow Democrats who voted against a border security bill, which Kellyanne Conway then said or tweeted, “Major Meow Mashup with @SpeakerPelosi brushing back anti-humanitarian border aid fresh-women @AOC @IlhanMN @AyannaPressley @RashidaTlaib,” according to The Hill.

A “mashup”? As in the “Monster Mash”? Or Justin Amashup? And yes, they are “fresh women,” as they are obviously “fresh,” in my view.

After which, “Freshwoman” Congresswomanperson Ayanna Pressley, who wants to lower the voting age to 16, tweeted, “@KellyannePolls oh hi Distraction Becky. Remember that time your boss tore babies from their mothers’ arms and threw them in cages? Yeah take a seat and keep my name out of your lying mouth.” (“Fresh” much?)

Now, I’ve seen the name “Becky” mentioned before, and when looking that up, I see that Wikipedia notes that “Becky” is “increasingly functioning as an epithet, and being used especially to refer to a white woman who is ignorant of both her privilege and her prejudice.”

In other words, it is a racial epithet, being used by an apparent racist, in this case a racist black person who is insulting a white person with a racial term.

And this is what our society is becoming. It’s okay to spew racist language directed toward a white person, but it’s not okay to do so toward a black person. Well, as Rodney King would say, “Can’t we all just get along?” And what ever happened to Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “content of one’s character” philosophy?

Nope. The people on the Hard Left are obsessed with race, gender, and sexual issues. Identity politics is their thing. But then, that’s the thing for those on the other side as well. The anti-immigration, anti-foreigner droolers like Donald Trump and Ann Coultard. But whatever.

And then in Detroit, a music festival called, “AfroFuture Fest,” decided to charge white concert-goers twice for a ticket than they were charging black people. Or, “POC” vs. non-“POC.” That stands for “People of Color,” so apparently they don’t realize that those letters also refer to something else, but in a negative way. Yes, they actually used “POC.”

But because of a lot of blowback, “AfroFuture Fest” reversed the policy. However, they reversed the policy not because of seeing the racist-motivated injustice of treating some people differently than others based on race, but because they said there were racist “threats from white supremacists.”

Right. “White supremacists” are interested in attending a music festival by “AfroFuture.”

One of Ayanna Pressley’s ideological cohorts, Boston’s Suffolk County DA Rachael Rollins, is one of those prosecutors who has dropped many cases or reduced charges to prevent prison time supposedly non-violent crimes such as shoplifting, but also, according to the Boston Globe, 11 assault or assault and battery charges. That’s not exactly non-violent.

In one of those cases, a guy was accused of punching his wife in the face. In another case, a guy assaulted a lady and her dog and gave the lady fractured skull and other injuries, “traumatic brain injury, speech and vision impairments, permanent hearing loss in one ear, vertigo, and other serious medical issues.” They gave him a “two-year suspended sentence with three years probation, and (he) was ordered to stay away from the victim...”

In an op-ed, Cape and Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe wrote that Rollins is one of those “social justice” DAs, and “that we should exempt groups of people from having to obey the law is an insult to them and a destructive form of pandering, because it suggests that these people are lesser beings than those we expect to obey the law.”

Rollins responds by stating, “If the person presents with mental health issues, substance use disorder, homelessness, or poverty, we’re going to pause just for a moment to see who is this person in front of us … Before branding someone with a criminal record, we just want to pause if they have some of those characteristics.

No, Rachael, in a civilized society you don’t physically attack someone, or violate anyone’s person or property. “Mental health issues, substance use disorder, homelessness, or poverty” are irrelevant to someone acting on his own free will to hurt others.

If this is the way the “Justice” system is going in America, then it’s time to privatize that (as well as everything else!).

So I was listening to Jeff Kuhner discussing that issue the other day, talking about “Racist Rachael” and he has written about her before. He’s terrible on the immigration and nationalism issues (because he’s ignorant and brainwashed like Trump and Ann Coultard), but he’s somewhat okay on this “social justice” stuff. So anyway, my conclusion is, I have a feeling that based on this “social justice” and “reparations” agenda, Rollins may be wanting to prosecute assailants less if they are black or Hispanic, and less if the victims are white. It’s just a feeling, I’m not accusing, however. I hope I’m wrong.

And then there’s the anti-civil liberties “Antifa.” They say they’re “anti-fascist,” but through their own actions at demonstrations and protests, they are clearly anti-civil liberties. I think that Antifa members, beating up on a journalist who is merely videotaping and documenting the public protest, are clearly being anti-civil liberties. They act like the fascists they claim to oppose. Hmm, I wonder why they wear masks and cover their identities, and don’t want journalists to photograph or record them? (Perhaps because they know they will be engaging in wrongdoing and criminality and don’t want to be identified? Ya think?)

And the Antifa sheeple-thugs mindlessly chant these slogans such as “No more hate” and “Nazis,” etc. So I guess it’s not hateful when they throw rocks at people or whack someone over the head with a club? These chanting masked zombie-goons are just as brainwashed with irrationality as the nationalists.

And speaking of irrational, the crazed loonies on the left now want to boycott Home Depot because its co-founder Bernie Marcus has expressed support for Trump in 2020. It’s not like Home Depot is engaged in some sort of racist hiring practices or fraud, which might be why people might boycott.

And we are seeing banks and credit card companies terminating customers or otherwise cutting people off, mainly conservatives, those who have expressed in some way some sort of disagreement of or criticism of the latest “social justice” idiocy. Not good. And stores such as Amazon deleting pages or books or products of Christians or former gays and lesbians or transgender “deniers,” etc.

The crazed “social justice” wing of the national security state went after Donald Trump starting well before the campaign, with illegal FISA spying and what I would say is prosecutable under the RICO Act. The allegations against Trump were all made up. So as soon as the Mueller investigation was complete, the zombies in Congress immediately began a new fishing expedition going after Trump’s taxes, with no actual crime they accused him of and no specific evidence to show for cause.

Well, one of the latest developments is a new book by Mollie Hemingway and Carrie Severino, now at #1 on Amazon, Justice on Trial: The Kavanaugh Confirmation and the Future of the Supreme Court, on the methods and tactics of the people on the left. They just make things up about someone they don’t like to try to derail his or her career.

Now, I don’t care much for Kavanaugh, because he’s a rubber-stamper for the police state, the surveillance state, the CIA and NSA, Guantanamo, etc. But his opponents don’t understand what a “social justice” warrior he himself actually is. Oh, well.

Anyway, I think that people are acting irrationally by donating their money to political campaigns including Donald Trump, the fraudster Elizabeth Warren and the scum “Beto” O’Rourke, and all the rest. Why waste your money on these people? On a campaign to further the empowerment of the State over your life? If you want to waste your money like that, give it to me, for crying out loud!

But I digress. The people on the left are increasingly irrational and dangerous, probably because of having fried their brains on all those drugs in their earlier years, from marijuana and LSD to Xanax and Ritalin. Not good.

Walter Williams on Reparations

Walter Williams has some things to ponder:

Democratic candidates for the 2020 presidential elections are calling for reparations for slavery or for the study of reparations. Senators Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Elizabeth Warren are leading the charge. Slavery was a gross violation of human rights. Justice would demand that slave owners make compensatory payments to slaves. Since both slaves and slave owners are no longer with us, such punishment and compensation is beyond our reach.

So which white Americans owe which black Americans how much? Reparations advocates don’t want that question asked, but let’s you and I ask it. Are the millions of European, Asian and Latin Americans who immigrated to the U.S. in the 20th century responsible for slavery? What about descendants of Northern whites who fought and died in the War of 1861 in the name of freeing slaves? Should they cough up money for black Americans? What about non-slave-owning Southern whites, who were a majority of Southern whites — should their descendants be made to pay reparations?

On black people’s side of the ledger, thorny questions arise. Some blacks purchased other blacks as a means to free family members. But other blacks owned slaves for the same reason whites owned slaves — to work farms or plantations. Would descendants of these blacks be eligible for reparations?

Smollett MAGA-Attack Hoax Charges Dropped

I can’t believe I’m wasting my time writing this. I really don’t have time today anyway. And also I had never even heard of Jussie Smollett prior to this whole story.

It appears that all charges of actor Smollett’s hoax of a hate crime attack have been dropped, and there’s no good explanation as to why that is. Apparently the FBI is investigating the circumstances surrounding the dropping of the charges.

Smollett is the black and gay actor who allegedly falsely claimed that people wearing MAGA hats (i.e. Trump supporters) had attacked him and used racial and anti-gay slurs. But the evidence had surfaced that he was claiming that falsely and he was then charged.

Interestingly, within the same day of the dropping of those criminal charges against Smollett, Russia-collusions probe “special counsel” Robert Mueller delivered his final report to Congress, admitting after a 2+ year investigation that there was no collusion or conspiracy between the Trump 2016 campaign and Putin’s Russia government to interfere with the 2016 U.S. Presidential election.

My, what a coincidence of timing there. Is it just a coincidence?

For nearly three years FBI and DOJ apparatchiks, the Democrats and news media flunkies had been promoting the false narrative of Trump-Russia collusions/hacking the election, which those who are actually informed of the facts know was never the case and that it was a deliberate frame-up job against Donald Trump.

And there were no actual attackers with MAGA hats on, assaulting Jussie Smollett. I guess a prolonged case with a trial in the news, with the evidence supporting the allegation against Smollett of a hoax MAGA hat-wearing Trump supporters proving to be false, would even further reinforce the truth that’s being exposed now, all these false narratives mainly by the left are just that: false narratives.

I can see why the Internet intruders want to censor alternative media.

Freedom of Speech, and the Subjective Determination of What Is “Offensive”

There have been quite a few news items regarding freedom of speech and censorship in recent months. So I wanted to repost this post I did in 2015 on those issues.

On Pamela Geller and the Right to Offend Muslims and Everyone Else

May 7, 2015

Thanks to Pamela Geller, once again the talk shows are ablaze in their discussions on freedom of speech and what the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment protects and doesn’t protect. Even NPR talked about Geller’s recent publicity stunt in Garland, Texas, a contest for people to draw the Prophet Mohammad. Knowing how extreme some Muslims are in their intolerance of any criticism or satire of Mohammad or Islam, Geller seemed to want to push the envelope, almost as though she wanted to cause the shooting which occurred after the event, in which two self-radicalized jihadis were shot and killed by security personnel.

Sadly, there are some people who don’t understand the difference between words which are direct threats or provocations (e.g. “I’m going to shoot you,” etc., etc.) and words to criticize, mock, insult, or offend others (e.g. “Fat people should lose weight,” “Dom DeLouise is a fatso,” “Islam is extremely repressive,” “Israel oppresses Arabs,” “Jews are greedy,” “Christians are greedy,” etc., etc.). Those people are saying that Geller’s having such a Mohammad drawing contest, knowing that it would offend Muslims, can be considered a provocation or a “threat,” and so it shouldn’t be protected free speech.

From what I’ve heard so far, such attitudes are coming from the Left. However, during the 1980s many on the Left came to the defense of artist Andres Serrano when his disgusting “Piss Christ” was the controversy back then, and they defended the homoerotic and sadomasochistic artist Robert Mapplethorpe and his offensive works which sparked controversies around the same time. Oooh, the Christians and loud conservatives were up in arms over all that stuff, that’s for sure. But for the “liberals,” who now want to ban “hate speech,” the anti-Christian and sicko-sexual stuff is righto with them.

And there are others who can’t distinguish between mere words and actual physical actions. On one NPR show yesterday, On Point, a guest compared the Mohammad cartoon contest to throwing rocks in someone’s window. I couldn’t believe it. Apparently, some people are so thin-skinned they perceive some manner of speech or expression as being an actual physical action. Do they want to arrest and jail the offender, charged with assault or destruction of property? In Saudi Arabia, their rulers and minions behead those who are “blasphemers” and who “insult Islam” or Mohammad. Of course, Saudi Prince So-and-So obviously has direct communication with the Prophet Mohammad and knows for sure that the Prophet has been “insulted,” and so followers should act accordingly.

Some commenters have argued that Geller’s Mohammad drawing contest amounted to a form of “incitement.” She incited the jihadi fanatics to go over there to shoot up the place. No, not really. She may have provoked them or angered them, but because there is something called “free will,” those two wackos went over to the contest area and acted by their own free will. They deliberately chose to do that. The same goes for those accused of “inciting a riot,” by the way, such as Michael Brown’s stepfather in Ferguson who yelled at the crowd to “Burn this ***** down!” as though his speech had criminal responsibility for others’ subsequent acts of arson. No, only the rioters who set fire to cars or buildings — acting on their own free will — are responsible for their own acts, as Murray Rothbard noted.

Even the conservatives are confused on Geller’s right to hold whatever contest she wanted to have, regardless how offensive. While some conservative commentators such as Jeffrey Kuhner and Megyn Kelly have been defending Geller and Co.’s freedom of speech rights to hold that Mohammad-drawing contest, other conservatives (as well as people on the Left) such as those at National Review have been critical of the whole thing.

But while some conservatives defend the right to criticize Islam and “sharia law,” I wonder how many of them defend the right to criticize Israel. Not many. As I have noted before, criticizing Israel is to many people a blasphemous act, and such critics are immediately viewed as “anti-Semitic,” etc. That is because criticizing Israel is the epitome of “political incorrectness” in our modern, intolerant and ignorant Amerika. For instance, many conservatives protested the Metropolitan Opera’s performances of The Death of Klinghoffer (an opera based on the Palestinian terrorist hijacking of cruise ship Achille Lauro), and demanded that such performances be canceled. They referred to the opera as anti-Semitic or Jew-hating, which it was not, and as “glorifying terrorism,” which it didn’t. Obviously, these critics probably didn’t even see the opera but wanted to proudly show the world their ignorance. Does Pamela Geller defend the right of the Met to put on that opera? Hmmm.

But many of these same people who defend the right to criticize the entire religion of Islam and make fun of the Prophet Mohammad just cannot hear any criticism of Israel (and I mean the state of Israel to be specific, not the religion of Judaism). They probably wouldn’t like my bringing up what a generally racist society Israel is, as shown in poll after poll after poll after poll after poll. But we’re not allowed to say the truth about all that. Let’s all live in a world of myths about Israel, and if someone brings up the truth about it, label him “anti-Semite.” And we can’t talk about Israeli soldiers’ war crimes against Palestinian innocents, so that is why an organization called Breaking the Silence had to be created. Let’s stifle and bury the truth, so that the others won’t know about the sad truths of modern “civilization.”

So, I can’t criticize Israel because the Israel Firsters get all upset over it, and an opera can’t be performed so shut it down and don’t let opera-goers decide for themselves whether it’s “anti-Semitic.” And also — speaking of myths — I can’t express skepticism of so-called human-caused global warming or I’ll be called a “denier” in the same way that Holocaust-deniers are called “deniers,” even though we know the Nazi-perpetrated Jewish Holocaust really did occur, but human-caused global warming? Not so sure about that one. The warmists who rely on junk science and computer models but not actual empirical data want to actually throw in jail skeptics or those who disagree with them. They and the anti-Muslim collectivists seem too much like the witch hunters and Inquisitionists if you ask me. Can you people possibly evolve yourselves into the 21st Century? Ya think?

And of course there are those people who call you a racist if you criticize Obama, his fascist health plan a.k.a. ObamaCare, and all of Obama’s terrible policies that have nothing to do with his race but with his incompetence, corruption and criminality. But, because some people are so obsessed with race they really believe that such criticism of Obama = racism. And freedom of speech also means I can make fun of Obama’s alleged homosexuality (not that there’s anything wrong with that) and that he was an alleged Chicago bathhouse frequenter, just as I can make fun of Michelle Obama the food and nutrition buttinsky.

So I say good for Pamela Geller for in some way stimulating a renewed debate on freedom of speech vs. censorship, mere words vs. actual physical violence, for waking people up to the dangers of Islamic extremism and “sharia law” that’s hiding under our beds like the communists in the 1950s, even though she completely ignores (or supports) our own government’s starting wars of aggression overseas these past 25 years which have done nothing but provoke said Muslims to become jihadi fanatics and killers in the first place.
