What’s Trending in College and Society Today

The trends toward intolerance and fascism on college campuses are a part of society as a whole now. Centralization, bureaucratization and the politicization of education and other aspects of life have had negative effects.

In my view, the decline in the quality of education can be traced back to the imposition of the federal Department of Education. Education has literally become a part of government, starting with “public schools” which are really government-run schools. And so society in general has become a part of the government.

And at today’s colleges, many of their administrators and professors are just “Social Justice Warrior” robots, it seems. They aren’t exactly thinking people.

Sadly, the main goal of today’s SJWs is more government control over more aspects of life, including education, health care, housing, the environment and energy, as well as government control over other people, particularly those of a different viewpoint or who live a different lifestyle than the average college professor or administrator.

I think that the widespread hard-drug usage in academia for several decades has taken its toll on professors and administrators and is a partial explanation for their irrationality. The irrationality of the college elders is absolutely rubbing off on the youngins. Sending your kids to college now is like sending them off to one of the many USSA Soviet-like government agencies for indoctrination.

But the indoctrination really starts in the local government schools, the indoctrination of government worship, which has intensified even more since 9/11. Many people were caught up in the government’s post-9/11 fear-mongering and propaganda that was repeated word-for-word by the mainstream media stenographers on a daily basis. And as I have noted previously, I’m sure that being a kid growing up in post-9/11 with all that fear-mongering and propaganda is not helpful in developing a sense of reality and common sense.

So now we have the college “snowflake” phenomenon, in which many students are so fragile and delicate that they can’t emotionally handle hearing different viewpoints or just plain words or phrases that refer to the most innocent thing.

Besides the effects of fear-mongering, propaganda and government-worship in education, the prescription drugs — anti-ADHD, antidepressants, anti-psychotics, etc. —  that many kids are being given now have a negative effect on their brains, on their neurotransmitters, and the drugs affect the young people’s moods, their thinking abilities and choices.

And the vaccines that kids are given are also having a bad effect on the brain, quite frankly. As Dr. Julian Whitaker pointed out, “American infants and children are recommended to receive 14 different vaccines, administered in a whopping 49 doses, all before age six. Forty-nine!” And all that is in addition to the junk food, processed foods with food dyes and other additives and preservatives kids (and adults) consume on a daily basis that affect people’s thinking and their moods.

So, in my view there are good sociological and chemical explanations for the irrationality on the college campuses these days, and among “adults” in society in general.

More recent examples of college irrationality: As Campus Reform reports, a Trinity College professor shared a Medium article suggesting that white victims of shootings should be left for dead, because they are “bigots.” The professor who shared the article wrote comments such as, “It is patently clear we black folks in U.S. have no rights that the white supremacy governing apparatus is willing to protect.”

It is unfortunate that college campuses all across America have so many ignoramuses such as this one “teaching” the young people. Obviously the professors are just as brainwashed as the young people now about race.

I really don’t mean to pick on some ol’ professor, but many of them are like this. And by “them,” I don’t mean “black professors,” I mean those of ALL races and ethnic heritages, black, white, Asian, Hispanic, etc.

Look, professor, if you want to talk about “supremacy,” what we have in America now is government supremacy, not racial supremacy. Activists and organizations pray to the government to do this and that for them, at other people’s expense. And as far as his statement, “we black folks in U.S. have no rights that the white supremacy governing apparatus…” the real supremacy is actually what many black people have been supporting: the government, whose policies such as minimum wage and regulations are used by the government supremacists to keep black people at the bottom of the economic ladder.

And we now have “diversity administrators” at colleges and universities. Not diversity in thought and ideas, but diversity in skin color and ethnicity. What matters to people of irrationality are superficial aspects of people, like their appearance and gender. (But I thought that those things were not supposed to matter. Nope.)

As far as thoughts and opinions go, the hystericals nitpick on little words or phrases that someone might harmlessly utter. For an example of that kind of irrationality, there was a “diversity conference” recently, in which the attendees discussed “implicit bias” in people’s thinking, such as in hiring for jobs. Implicit bias is said to be responsible for phenomena such as the “average height of a male Fortune 500 CEO (being) above the average height of the typical U.S. male,” according to the College Fix.

They’re nuts, as far as I’m concerned.

And regarding the nitpicking aspects of this “triggering” crap that most people would have thought totally absurd when I was in college 35 years ago, the University of Florida wants students to take into account the “emotional risks” of an event. Students have to now worry about “‘sensitive subject matter,’ ‘reaction of participants,’ and ‘potential controversy’,” according to The Blaze.

I am not. Making. This. Up

And speaking of accusations of “white supremacists,” the irrational kooks at Linfield College in Oregon are calling their college’s chapter of Young Americans for Liberty “white supremacists” and “terrorists,” according to Reason. Now events that were to be held by those free-thinking youths are being cancelled by the college’s “diversity” fascists. The main crime was their setting up a table with a “free speech ball” that people could write on. Well, someone drew this supposedly alt-right frog character called Pepe, and, well, oooh, someone drew a god**mn frog! (Doh!)

As Walter Williams has said in several columns now, perhaps now is the time to stop sending donations to your alma mater. Ya think?

And the Orwellian protesters who call themselves “antifa” or anti-fascist are against freedom of speech and diversity in thoughts, ideas, and opinions. They believe in intolerance.

Outside the USSA, the U.S. government-backed Kiev city council has decided to rename a street after a Nazi who participated in ethnic cleansing activities during World War II. According to Ynet News, “Edward Dolinsky, one of the leaders of the Jewish community in Ukraine, said: ‘Is it possible to measure the depth of a moral decline? It is not easy when there are cases where the decline is so deep that it cannot be measured…'”

Exactly, Edward. Just walk onto any college campus in the USSA now.

And speaking of intolerance, according to The Daily Sheeple, Germany is raiding people’s homes and stealing their stuff in the name of modern fascist intolerance. “It’s like some lessons are never learned. In a coordinated campaign across 14 states, the German police raided the homes of 36 people accused of hateful postings over social media, including ‘threats,’ ‘coercion,’ and ‘incitement to racism.’ The goal of these raids was the confiscation of the ‘hate posters’ Internet connection devices, according to a press release from the German federal police (BKA).”

So, not only in USSA are intolerance, irrationality, government supremacy, SJW brainwashing, and anti-free speech bigotry trending now, but in other countries like Ukraine and Germany as well.

There are no safe spaces now. I feel so triggered, I think I’ll go have lunch.
